This store has been understaffed for what seems like forever. There is one guy who is always there when I occasionally order pick up from this store, and he is FANTASTIC. I have seen him busting his tail going from kitchen to register, coordinating orders, answering the phone, dealing with customers, and still keeping a positive attitude. I can’t say enough good things about him, but I sure hope Pizza Hut has rewarded him for being one of VERY few people keeping that store afloat! My latest order took a little longer than expected (3 people working that night)- the store was slammed with orders and at least 9 people standing in line with me waiting to pick up. The 3 employees handled it all in stride and eventually got everyone served. My food was hot and fresh. The service was great as always. I wish they were given more resources to succeed… they really deserve it. Hey @pizza hut! Give these guys a raise and a genuine “thank you.”

This location needs to be closed ! I made a purchase a couple weeks ago and they didn’t give the “door dash” driver the whole order . I made another order today and it took over an hour I tried calling the “door dasher” but the number was Invalid I even tried calling the store directly NO ANSWER! I NEVER received my food ! This ridiculous I don’t use understand why door dash is even a 3rd. Party if I can’t get in touch with anyone about an order ! I will be contacting corporate something needs to be done for such poor service

The restaurant farmed out my order to a doordash driver and the driver got stopped by a train and couldn’t be bothered to take another route, so they just didn’t deliver the order. Meanwhile the restaurant closed so there was no one to even talk to about a refund. Screw it, i’ll get my pizzas from a competitor that handles their own deliveries from now on.

The place is dark doesn’t even look open and not enough workers is what the 3 or 4 employees there could tell us. Apparently someone can’t come give us our order that was paid for online, the only person who can do that was on the phone while you had customers standing and waiting for over 15 minutes, then we asked for ranch and you want to charge a $1.00 when you should
be giving it away with this kind of service. Wow, is all I can say if it is that short handed close it down.

Ordered a large PAN pizza online for delivery, received what looks like a regular crust or even thin crust and was told that there is nothing they can do about it, the manager said I would have to bring the pizza back to the store when I ordered it through DELIVERY. Terrible customer service.

We ordered carry out yesterday. Pizza was over cooked. One Pizza had barely any cheese on it. Boneless wings were lacking enough sauce and overcooked. The person working the register was rude and disinterested in customer service. Very disappointing.

Watch your reciepts!!!!! We had a $15 tip added to our bill by an employee on a pick up order! That is unacceptable and I consider that theft! We contacted store and not a sorry or how can we make it better!!! Plus we never received a breadstick order either. So upset we may never go back. Im sure pizza hut will survive without our business but I will make damn sure EVERYONE knows and to check your reciepts!!!
