I absolutely loved everything about Côte Brasserie in Newcastle upon Tyne — the food, the service, and the overall atmosphere were all exceptional. It’s the kind of place I could happily return to again and again. I’ll definitely be taking friends and family there for a meal in the future. A truly wonderful dining experience.

Not the first time we’ve eaten here, and won’t be the last. A great place to come for a meal in town. You never feel pushed, in fact you come here to relax. The food is good and any misfortunes were dealt with swiftly. Service is attentive and warm.

First visit to Newcastle. Very big city. We were overwhelmed and too many restaurant choices. We didn’t know what to choose. Cote was a brilliant choice. You can’t go wrong. Always consistent in service and flavour. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Early special price drinks. The only slight negative the steak was slightly cold. Potted crab was delicious so the beef bouginion

Been twice, once for a graduation dinner and once today for lunch, absolutely lovely both times. Lauren was our server for the recent lunch and was brilliant, really nice calm atmosphere for some brilliant tasting food

First visit today for brunch with a large group. The staff were excellent, attentive, friendly, personable and the brunch food went down a treat. I had the brasserie brunch. Steak chips and eggs with coffee and an orange juice. Was lovely. Will definitely be back to try out the wider menus

I’ve visited this place multiple times, they serve a delicious Crème Caramel. I haven’t really tried much from the main menu, but I often stop by just to enjoy their tea and dessert. It’s a nice spot for a quick sweet treat.

Excellent selection of delicious food and wine. Essentially French cuisine with some unique flavours, well prepared and served.
We enjoyed a midweek relaxing dining experience thanks to the nice people, the place and atmosphere.

We ordered the Côte de Boeuf, with some sides (gratin dauphinois, tender stem broccoli, french fries). The food was cooked beautifully (the broccoli was a bit undercooked, but still tasted very good). Would recommend 100%.

Slightly disappointed. The starters were fine, but the sea bream wasn’t as fresh as expected and had a slightly fishy taste. It was a bit dry as a result of over grilling. Wouldn’t recommend it overall.
