So I went to the Taco Bell on 2 Mills Ave. last night, and I was informed that they are not taking any more orders because they were extremely backed up. And I was understanding to the situation until I noticed that they were taking the order of the people behind us. Since we were literally trapped between two cars in the drive-through, I waited until I got to the window and I was trying to ask why is it that they weren’t willing to take my order but they were willing to take everyone else‘s order. And the man in the photos started getting disrespectful and informed me that “he doesn’t have to take my order if he doesn’t feel like it“ now I was trying to get an understanding of what exactly was going on and why I was being refused service from the woman that was there in the window but he kept closing the window. So I asked for his name and the district managers phone number and they laughed in my face. So not only am I going to put an extremely negative review on here, but I am calling corporate and I will be speaking to management from that store directly. I don’t know if it was a racism thing or what was going on but for you to refuse service to someone and refuse to give them a reason why is unacceptable! I have never been treated in this manner! It was extremely humiliating

Service is Terrible, I went on my lunch break from my high paying job and got to the window and was told there only taking mobile orders “for no apparent reason since the intercom works fine”… so i had to wait to get out of the line lock..
I went in an orders, right behind one girl..
She gets her order and im sitting there another 15ish minutes since the employees are having so much fun talking in the back taking there time with our orders, as the restaurant continues to fill with customers.
After 3ish people are served, I ask the girl up front.. could she see how many people are in front of me because I have to return to work.
She ignores me, so I ask politely again.. and then she answers… and proceeds to take her time to go in the back, an then to return to the front. To tell me , they haven’t Even seen my order yet.. an she’ll put it in now.
I ask again how long that will take about, because I have to return to work… she says
“well its going to take a while since were going in order” like I haven’t been in there before the restaurant filled up.
So I left, without my order to return to work at my 12 hour a day job..
I called the taco bell to attempt to get the names of the employees on shift for this review.
BUT…
They failed to answer the business phone, “hope nothing important comes through for the business, since there work place conversation and lack of urgency on High traffic lunch time is more important ..

Cheesy Gordita crunch had no spicy ranch and no cheese between the shells. That’s pretty much what separates a taco from a cheesy Gordita crunch except it costs 3X. Also ordered burritos to be grilled and they didn’t grill them. I was the only customer there, just lazy staff. Do not recommend.

I asked for nacho fries with no meat, add potatoes, three times. They still managed to add meat. As a vegetarian, I love Taco Bell for their ability to make anything vegetarian but this location drastically failed.

By far the worst fast food experience I’ve had. Ordered about $30 worth of food and received the skimpiest tacos I’ve ever seen. On top of the disappointing food, we also did not receive our drinks. Once we rode back up to the store to talk about a refund, the manager and kitchen staff were SO unprofessional about the whole situation. To end off this review, I’d like to add that we paid the girl at the window, sat there for about 15 minutes and the SAME GIRL opened the window and asked us what we needed. Our food. Our food is what we need, girl. Some people aren’t cut out for this industry and whoever was at this location on 2/16/22 around 11pm shouldn’t be working there anymore.

This Taco Bell i visited twice and both experiences was terrible. But this last time i visited put the cherry on the shake. The store was completely understaffed and was very rude to not only the customers but to each other. I secondly want to say that when another customer informed them of the unfit bathrooms and that they needed to be attended to further acknowledgement was not given.Lastly, i would like to say that i observed the restrooms myself and unfit the did seem. Also i can say that during my first visit employees was very rude as well.

Ordered a power bowl at the drive thru and customized the bowl to have SHREDDED CHICKEN (they upcharged me) and added onions. As you can see, the chicken is NOT SHREDDED. The bowl is very soupy. Very little lettuce, and SWIMMING in black beans, literally black bean juice is saturating all ingredients. This is my go-to order for TB but the worst I’ve ever been served. First visit to this location. Won’t be back. Yuck. Cost $7.36 –
