Slow service, the screens occasionally work and so do the people… wait time is too long
They act like they are closed by turning the drive thru lights off but it’s a 24 hour spot.
I got their new chicken sandwich and the chicken was raw not even in the middle but after two little bites yall!

I don’t so much need the service people to be friendly or act like they appreciate me as a customer…I would like them to get my order correct and give me the right amount of french fries.
The nine fries in the bag was a nice surprise after we were already going down the highway.

I have the McDonald’s app, it does save you some money and there’s always specials at a special price, cheaper than not having the app plus you gain points.

They obviously can’t read or follow instructions because they put mayo on 2crispy chicken sandwiches that was ordered without mayo, just pickles and the chicken looks like the grease needs changed. $47 down the drain because of pure stupidity and laziness. If i could give negative stars it would be negative 5.

Oh wow!! I dont leave enough good reviews but this was a very clean Mcdonalds inside, i will post pictures. Bathrooms clean, employees wash hands, diningroom clean.. I wish our mcdonalds in Texas were this clean and fast.

A McDonald’s thats open 24 hours shouldn’t give me a sour tasting sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin at 5:30 in the morning and I paid top dollar for the real eggs and they gave me the fake ones that tasted sour and no cheese!!. Do better McDonald’s!!!!

This place is usually really really good and fast. The workers are mostly tolerable and have great manners when speaking with them at all times. But come on now really McDonald’s? How disappointing is it to wait in line forever just to get some french fries and when you do they are half empty literally! What the heck guys! Come on now y’all can do better then this right?! The coffee machine and ice cream machine is ALWAYS I MEAN ALWAYS broken at the Morrison Blvd McDonald’s. And now we have half fries to look forward to at this McDonald’s? That might i add i drove way out of the way to get to so that i could receive better service but unfortunately just didn’t happen to have the ability to achieve due to laziness or just a lack of effort put into your jobs. With just a little more effort put forth McDonald’s could be arguably the best fast food restaurant to go to! Everyone loves it! But nobody loves to get half the things they order or have things missing or wrong no matter how good it is! I would rather go to somewhere i know will get it right rather then go somewhere that half my food is missing i do pay for it after all with my hard earned money!

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with hash brown, Waited at the window for ten minutes While the girl was preparing other orders I guess and texting on her phone, Then she grabbed my bag that’s been sitting there the whole time I figured I was waiting for something to be cooked on my order but when I got my food, nothing was hot. Ok, i keep it moving..but when I get home NO BACON!!! I understand nobody’s perfect, But the consistency of the mess ups at this location Is getting really ridiculous, When is someone gonna step in and fix this??? Yall got to slow down and read the screen right.. I keep going back to try to support this location but I mean geeezzz… My order has been wrong more than it’s ever been right And i’m throwing my money away because i’m not getting what I pay for. I believe I lost count how many times something was forgotten or made wrong. Sorry, I had to leave a review this time, Actually this is my second one out of 20 mess ups probably. But ya’ll messed up my breakfast this morning I don’t appreciate that Because I don’t live right around the corner to go back…

This was by far the freshest food we have received from McDonalds in years. I normally don’t eat their fries, but these were so hot and fresh. To top it off the nuggets were place so neatly in the container. Big ups to management and the employees at the Albany,La location. Although work is being done in the building, they still delivered great customer service and food!
