I was especially blown away by the flavor of the cuerito relleno—it was perfectly crunchy and the ideal size for my event, a true standout
Special recognition to Manager Ada Rosa for ensuring smooth service, and to Neyla for her excellent customer service—professional, attentive, and very helpful.
Highly recommend El Palacio de los Jugos for business lunches and catering.
What truly stood out, however, was the excellent customer service. Manager Ada Rosa went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that guests felt welcomed and valued. Her leadership and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire experience.
A special thank you as well to Neyla, whose customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made the experience even more enjoyable with her professionalism and warm attitude.
From amazing food to top-tier service, their cuerito relleno is outstanding. El Palacio de los Jugos continues to set the standard. Highly recommended, and I will absolutely be returning!
Go a bit earlier for the oxtail it sells out almost everyday.
This lasted me over two meals and I loved every ounce of it.
The menu features plenty of choices, from classic Cuban sandwiches and hearty ropa vieja to fresh seafood and a variety of sides. I particularly loved the variety of fresh juices available, which perfectly complemented my meal. Each dish was bursting with flavor and made with high-quality ingredients, showcasing the authentic taste of Cuban cuisine.
The service was equally impressive; the staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to help with recommendations. They made us feel welcomed and ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish.
Overall, Palacio de los Jugos is a must-visit for anyone in Kendall looking for great food and a lively atmosphere. Whether you’re a fan of Cuban cuisine or just want to try something new, this restaurant cafeteria has something for everyone. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their delicious offerings!
One plate can be shared by like 3 people! Or more!
Also the batidos (milkshakes) are delicious!
Variety is great. We liked what we ordered but it was lacking something. Juices were lovely!
Food was just so so. One main and two sides for $18. Not bad but I’ve definitely had better Cuban food elsewhere. Everything’s been sitting under a heat lamp so avoid anything fried as it’ll be hard and cold.
