Five guys is a really good place if you want to have a simple yet delicious burger.
Fries are home made, you can taste it. Cajún style are marvellous but regular ones are really good, fried in peanut oil you can taste it.
This location has really good service. Little cold the air conditioning tho.

Sad that they lowered the quality out of nowhere. The burgers don’t taste the same delicious as Before and they also started serving way less fries and continue charging the same amount of money. It’s so sad that a business can’t keep up with quality and clientele.

My wife, my son, and I went to Five Guys, and the experience was terrible. The fries had almost no seasoning, were soggy, and tasted like they weren’t fried properly. The burgers were lukewarm and just as disappointing. This place used to be great, but something has clearly gone downhill. I came in hungry and left disgusted. My family and I ended up going somewhere else to eat.

One of my favorite 5 Guys cause they always get it right. Employees seem to know what you are ordering and the food always comes out timely. Not a cheap burger, but a great gourmet burger that has alot of flavor.

Decent hamburger, great fries! They claim they are hand cut and fried in peanut oil, they are delicious. They serve generous portion of fries even the regular size seems like a large in similar food chains. Staff was nice a little loud when calling the numbers. Tables and self serve areas could be a little cleaner. You can see the grill and how they make your food, that was nice! They do not have combos, everything is separate so it ended up a little expensive for a hamburger meal in my opinion… (just bc I was not trilled by the hamburger) They seem very eco friendly, they use paper cups, aluminium wrappers and paper bags! Just plastic containers for the sauces I wish the were paper too.

I have try Five Guys from many locations and the great news is that the food doesn’t change they are made to order burgers and fries.
The reason why I rated this location with only 3 stars is due to cleanliness there was literally no customers when went there and their floor needed some sweeping and mopping, I even saw a floor mat on the hallway that takes you to the bathroom making it a trip hazard.
As all the Five Guys restaurants I’ve had visited they offer you free peanuts while you are waiting for your order.

Located in the Pembroke Lakes Square shopping plaza, I wanted to check out Five Guys and try their burgers. A typical fast food joint with adequate table seating for customers; Five Guys offers a variety of quick bite items such as burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, and fries. Prices are under $10. They also have fountain drinks. All of the various toppings are free so you can customize your burger with as much as you like.
Once I was greeted by one of their employees, I placed an order for a bacon burger, regular fries and drink. NOTE: They don’t sell the burger as a meal, you have to purchase everything separately. To the burger I added BBQ sauce, grilled onions and mushrooms. After the ten minute wait, I quickly dug into the bag to taste my meal. Mmmm-mmm, my compliments to the cook. The burger was made nicely with all of my choice toppings and it was juicy. The fries was fried to a golden brown and was lightly seasoned with salt.
It’s good to know that I have found another place that offers good tasting burgers. I will definitely return whenever I’m in the area to try a burger with a different variation of toppings.

Burgers are good with cheap buns that just fall apart everything (but, its not about the food). The entire Floor was greasy when I mention it to the manager he said “I don’t know where grease would come from” and walked away.

This place is amazing. Dark jazz and Jalo made my food and they are amazing at customer service. I eat here on the regular it’s always top notch.
