Got confused and placed order at this store without realizing. They called to check in on my order and asked me to stop by. They held onto my order, and even remade part of it for me(which they did not have to do). They were very nice handling my mistake. Shoutout to Autumn and the lovely cook that served me(i apologize for not getting your name). You can’t ask for better service.
If any managers see this, i went through the online cancel system before they called me because i didnt realize i had placed the order at the wrong store. I do not need to be contacted about a refund.

We placed our order when the food came the bacon every order was burnt when asked for bacon that wasn’t burnt the cook said he wasn’t going to cook it. He also argued with us because we didn’t want the burnt bacon or the over cooked eggs.

Didnt get what i ordeted didnt taste good ( i think it been setting around awhile might have been table scraps) waste of money. Gave to the dog he barked at it for real. Go try some. But going back to the debacle i noticed everyone wuirr everybody kind of alone and not a phone ringing in the house I say it was worth it I just figured it was an hallucinations inatiom.

This is a great little Waffle House. On both occasions that I have eaten here, it has been very clean. The food is typical Waffle Hoise fare with wonderful care from the servers. I usually get the hash brown bowl and add more items to it. The coffee is a simple fresh brew with a good taste. I would come back again.

The staff here is great. We come 2-3 times a week (at least) and half of the reason for that is the folks that work here. The other half is consistently good well prepared food.
When it first opened we were concerned because of poor management but since the “shuffle” thats all changed. Kudos to the local management for running a great store.
