Customers are being pulled 8 cars at a time to artificially bring down drive through times. So great to watch other people that came 20 minutes after you getting to grab their food and go on about their day while the rest are held hostage waiting for the product we paid for already. This is beyond crazy, this location needs new management and more competent workers.

DONT waste your money or time comming here , they don’t know English so they don’t even know what your asking for , they don’t know what a cheese burger is like how did you get this job?
They rush you at the speaker just to not understand you and give you some shitty order!!
They are unprofessional, rude and blast Spanish music all day they don’t even give effort to learn English si they are able to do their job right!
It’s EVERY time I go here they rush me , and the sandwich wasn’t even in the wrapper when I got it and everything was just thrown everywhere in the bag !! You guys need to get shut down or new management that knows what they are doing , I wanna be able to go order my food and not have to worry about it getting messed up EVERYTIMEEE !! Overall, good experience. Just needed a bite to eat on the road. Food was the normal McDonalds experience. Everything was correct when ordering from the kiosk.
A little extra attention is needed in the bathroom. Otherwise, restaurant was clean and service was great.

All McDonald’s are trash, but this is one of the worst. They take forever and parked me for one sandwich. Then they forget my egg and cheese on my breakfast sandwich? I didn’t have time to go back and a refund wasn’t even offered. So annoying, everything is way too expensive for that. Anways, we have plenty of other places to go, don’t make the same mistake as me. They need better customer service!! Even after emailing them, I wasn’t offered a refund. Don’t tell me to reach out to customer service, I already have and nothing was resolved

While waiting in line for a half hour at the speaker, the rude and obnoxious female employee on the headset kept telling me to wait 3 TIMES while taking the order at the speaker next to me. When I said something about it, she said “Well if you don’t like it, you can leave.” So I happily went to Wendy’s and I will not be going back to that location. The order accuracy and quality are often sub-standard as well because most of the kids inside like to ignore the customers and play on their phones. If you don’t believe me, check the cameras. It’s fast food…so all I can really talk about is the play space. I did not really like that it was so small. I was thinking of having a birthday celebration there, but I don’t think it’s a good idea. I will be checking out other McDonald’s play space near Worcester to see which would be better.

Service was slow, and our order was slightly incorrect. But the worst issue was cleanliness. Almost all tables were dirty. The playground was especially concerning, it was filthy and freezing cold because the heat was off. Major hygiene issues need to be fixed.

Was in drive thru. Ordered food and paid cash. Got to second window and they would not give me my food because I was never given a receipt. Had to argue with several employees until I got my food. Mind you I am in the drive thru. What did they think I did cut in line??? Get your a together
