First time having Wendy’s. I stopped by because I wanted to try a frosty. Pretty tasty and I was actually surprised how full it was. I was expecting the cup filled with ice cream with a huge air pocket in the middle like most soft serve ice cream cups. Not this one. It was a full frosty.

I was hoping to get a quick bite to eat,it was not meant to be. This is by far the busiest Wendy’s I have been to, the drive thru line wrapped around the building, including blocking parked cars in place. The customer service was ok, I understand as busy as they were they did their best to keep up with the sheer volume.I was there for approximately 30+ minutes. The food however was very very disappointing,my fries were under cooked, luke warm and I started eating them like many of us,as I drove away, later that evening my stomach started to rumble…. This is a relatively new Wendy. The inside layout is pretty trendy with USB charging ports. Tables and chairs are new and modern looking. But the service crews are not very well trained. They rarely prepare orders right. The place is not kept clean even during slow time. I am not impressed.
