Yesterday was me and my wife 6th year anniversary and at 1st we wanted to go to Applebee’s but both restaurants was fully pack, so I suggest we go to Tgif since we always dash for this restaurants and we get so many order from here. Now normally when I come in this restaurant I order a few drinks and potatoes skins, but because it was a special night I decided to order a meal instead of doing happy hour specials. But I was very disappointed how my wife and my steak turned out. My wife chicken was dry, she called it chicken jerky because on how dry it was and my steak was cold, but on top of that it wasn’t medium-well which I asked for it was straight up medium-rare just bloody steak like if it was flip and just placed on my plate, if your cook doesn’t know how to cook a medium-well steak then contact me because my wife can throw down on steak and do a darn good job at cooking it the way it should be juicy and all. It’s just so disappointed to order something you really wanted for the price we paid for our meats to come out so wrong.

Had a great meal with excellent service just before they closed last night. The steak was so tender. Mashed potatoes were delicious. My daughter loved the spaghetti and mashed potatoes. Our waiter was just great and accommodating. Ambience was typical TGI Fridays.

Matt is the MAN! Kavon too! Matt is so personable and makes you feel like your at a fancy bar downtown, making the drink just as the picture and with a smile, the night cook is great everything made to order ! This Fridays is the best I have ever been at and will be back. It’s nice to find a affordable local spot with good people drinks and food! Ty is a excellent cook!

Had to use our phone flashlights to see menu.
“J” was prompt with drink orders and asked if I needed more time. I said yes and she proceeded to stand there until I ordered. As a result, I just ordered an appetizer because I thought I was pressured to make a quick decision.
Food was very quick. We work towards that wet naps and napkins will be brought over due to the ribs that were ordered yet dining partner was asked if you wanted another drink.
On the other hand, I was not asked if I needed anything else. It was my intention to ask for the items still needed however she left me so quick you didn’t even get the chance. My partner you might as well have been done in by himself.
I had to go to another table to get silverware and a napkin. Never did receive extra napkins or a wet wipes for the ribs which is part of the reason why you still see half of the order sitting on the plate in the picture.
I needed salsa and another drink yet she never came back to the table. However she VERY attentive to the table behind us..
She approached the table twice-once while I was STILL looking at the bill to ask if we were all set. I’ve worked in the service industry before and I know that is a tactic used when you’re trying to quickly turn over your tables especially when it’s busy or almost closing .
However, we were there at night and she only had one other table so the need to quickly get us out of there was unnecessary.
Hopefully “J” reads this as it offers valuable “tips” to proper service.

TGI Fridays is an overall good restaurant. The service was fast. The food was good. The prices are reasonable. Everything was fairly clean.

Food was delicious! Had their specialty sesame chicken, and was pleasantly surprised with the side of broccoli, grilled crisp and citrus notes, amazing flavor. Server looked frazzled, and the ladies at the front were more intrested in leaning and talking to one another than greeting customers. Atomsphere was ok, tables needed bussing. Overall 4 stars because food was so good. Parking is easy, prices definitely reasonable.
