I’m reaching out to share feedback about a recent experience at your Popeyes location. I’m a regular customer and usually have no issues, which is why I wanted to bring this to your attention.
While waiting in line to place my order and use a coupon, an employee began mopping the dine-in area even though customers were still waiting to order. When this was brought up, the manager on duty instructed the employee to continue mopping and asked customers to wait.
This was frustrating, as it delayed service and made customers feel overlooked. I completely understand the importance of keeping the restaurant clean, but customer service should come first—especially when guests are actively waiting to order.
I wanted to share this so it can be addressed moving forward. I enjoy stopping at this location and hope future visits reflect the level of service Popeyes is known for.

I frequent this location very often. Last week I picked up from this location for my wife and I. On the receipt, my wife completed the customer survey for a free two piece and was given a survey number to write on the receipt for the free two piece. Last night around 7pm, I presented the receipt to the cashier and I was required to purchase a large drink. No biggie. When it was time to pay, the cashier summoned the manager to, I assumed, override the register and reward the free meal. To my astonishment, the manager argued with me that there was no code on the receipt. I showed her the back of the receipt where the Popeye’s survey had issued a register number that my wife wrote down on the receipt. She dismissed this number and said the code needs to come from the front of the receipt. Well the receipt was illegible because their receipt printer was either out of ink or inoperable. So there was a line behind me and I was not going to stand there and argue over a small two-piece free meal. I told the manager to just forget it and I would go somewhere else. As I was walking out of the door, I heard her yell to me that she was going to honor the free meal survey. At that point, I was embarrassed and humiliated over arguing for a free two piece meal and I told her to forget it! (I went to the Popeye’s on Potranco and 151 because I had rewards on my Popeye’s app!) I just want you to know that if you take the customer survey from the back of the receipt, make them give you a legible receipt or this manager will fight with you!

I went on January 17th around 6pm with my family of 7, The restaurant was clean, The food was good. But the lady that took our order had a bad attitude, When we walked in I held the door open for my family as I was doing that I saw the lady looked frustrated and breathed very heavily and rolled her eye as if she didn’t want us to be there. I use to go to this place to buy items they have. My mom likes their macaroni and cheese that’s why I ordered today using the app. I ordered 10 pc chicken with two sides. They told me that they don’t have macaroni and cheese today. That if I want fries, and I said yes. When I got home I noticed that they didn’t put the fries, but they put macaroni and cheese that looks very bad (maybe they gave me the left overs, or the food at the very bottom of the casserole). I told my mom not to eat it, and I called the store, and asked them why they did it if they told me something different. They wanted me to go back to get the fries. But honestly, I don’t want to go back again. Not even to buy chicken.

I typically love Popeyes but I will not go back to this one. I ordered fish sandwiches and a shrimp tackle box (for lent) through the drive through. First attempt they gave me chicken strips and not even close to what I ordered. He then put it together and then missed the shrimp. When I got home I found that one sandwich was chicken….

Went in last weekend to my local popeyes had to try the new pickle menu . I loved everything about it the chicken wings were still so crispy even with the glaze and they had some heat. The would compare the pickle lemonade to the Gatorade cumber and lime just more pickle flavor . Order 5 of their spicy pickle glazed chicken sandwiches I loved them so much I are mine half of my husband’s and half of my sons lol . I hope they keep it on the menu especially cause it was awesome. Plus all the workers were so kind and friendly

Absolutely on point. Everything I ordered was immediately ready, fresh and nice and hot. I pulled up to the windows after ordering and in less than a minute I had my food and was driving away! Delicious!

The waitress was very attentive, friendly, courteous and helpful. She explained the menu and took my order without me having to repeat it. She also filled the order right away. The chicken tenders looked delicious but they were lukewarm at best. They were also real thin and tough. The biscuit and Red beans and rice also were lukewarm and not very flavorful. Not impressed with the food temperature or taste. Recommend you try Golden Chick for great tenders.

The place was dirty, no clean tables to sit and eat. I had to pick the least dirty table to sit and eat. All staff was at the back minding their business. I asked them to clean at least tables. Then cleaning lady walked out and started cleaning tables and floor. Absolutely disgusting. So disappointed. I don’t know who is managing the place, but they should be fired.
The staff is rude. A guy that took my order was ok. But the lady gave me a weird look when I walked in, no hello nothing. She just walked to the back and left me alone standing there and waiting until that black guy came to take the order.

Men’s bathroom was filthy! Dining area was filthy…Every table needed a wipe down and floors needed to be swept and mopped! Cashier seemed offended that I asked for something to wipe down the tables….I would have taken napkins and wet them in bathroom sink but there were none available to use. All napkin holders were empty…I understand why there were no napkins after eating the greasy chicken!
