This is the only Starbucks I go to. I go at least once a day sometimes twice they know me by name they know my drink and exactly how I like it always friendly and if they mess something up, they will fix it with no hesitation. I recommend this one over any other ones that I’ve been to.

I came in today to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. The app clearly showed that today was his birthday as proof, but the employee told us “it takes 90 days to load,” without even attempting to verify it further. She could have simply asked to see his ID or looked at where the app displayed the birthday. Instead, the interaction came across as unnecessarily rude and dismissive. The situation could have been handled much more politely and professionally, especially considering it was a birthday visit.

Stopped here on our road trip move. Service was quick and friendly. My tea was missing a 2nd bag I’d ordered and they quickly remade it and were very nice about it 🙂

Consistency is key for me at this place and let me tell you they are doing something right! I have been coming here for 8 1/2 years almost daily $300 monthly about $3000 annually And I could not be more satisfied these girls are amazing !!! They have some pretty dope guys as well .. so thankful

there is always this nice lady with colored hair and awesome eyeliner. she wrote a smiley face on my cup & was super sweet with me & asked me how my day was when i asked her how she was doing. she’s also very sweet & we talked for a second. she always makes drinks super fast but very good quality. she is a rockstar. i wish i caught her name 🙁 she is super nice & never complains about my complicated drink order. she is amazing !! i usually get a shaken espresso with a ton of customizations but i got an iced coffee and she made it perfectly & all my friends love when she makes the drinks too !

Very friendly, a great place to hang out , free Wi-Fi to do your homework or to just do your daily things on your computer!! Starbucks on East Washington is very clean, I go in at least every day, if not every other day, and I am always greeted with a smile and with respect!! The specialty coffees are a little pricey, but well worth every penny!! So if you want a fast coffee with a friendly face this Starbucks is where to go!! Now social distancing and inside not available but very clean and a hand sanitizer to keep you healthy!!

This the second time I have requested light ice on my iced coffee and was told no, that their new policy won’t allow. Which makes no sense considering I am purchasing and I don’t want watered down coffee. I order extra expresso because I like it strong. All other locations make it how I requested it, so idk. Idk if I’ll continue to go to thus particular location. Which is disappointing for fact it’s by my work,and otherwise this location is great 🙁
