Food was not fresh. There was hair in my fries. When I went back, the person at the register looked at me like it was no big deal and didn’t apologize. Proceeded to replace them with a half full order of older fries. At least the time they served me a moldy bun they apologized. Never had a good experience here…

I mean stupid me for going so many times before finally saying something. I maybe grab a mcds breakfast every once in a while. Tell me why every single time, my order has been wrong. I say add cheese, there’s no cheese. I say no egg, they give me egg and cheese no sausage. Its not like I’m giving them a list of items for a family of 5 – its only ever me. The receipt says the right thing, but my bag is always something else. They cant read. Someone needs to do a quality check. I mean ive never seen it this bad as spaced out as my visits are. Won’t be going to this location EVER again. Maybe its a sign to not even go for this processed junk anyway

The food wasnt fresh, nuggets tasted like old oil and had been sitting for a while. My grandaughter found a hair on her burger. The staff did give her a new burger. I didnt say anything about the nuggets. But use your food timers.

This McDonalds is the worst in all of Maryland, maybe the world? Employees have been seen to be lazy and unhelpful, service is extremely slow, they might get our order correct 5% of the time, even using the mobile app. I recommend new management or closing this place down completely and building something that won’t waste people’s time.

Very nice staff this day it depends on what staff you get but usually they’re pretty polite and very accommodating I usually don’t eat much here but love there MC flurrys but do like the double cheeseburger add Mac sauce is very good too and I love when I ask for fresh fries they’re the best

I had lunch inside here on Saturday and was amazed how clean it was. The food was delivered fast, it was good, and hot, and someone even stopped by and asked if they could get me anything. I asked for a water and received it with a smile.

Ordered one thing it was repeated back correctly. I was charged properly. Got the wrong food. Ordered a drink and got no straw. Maybe the lady taking orders shouldn’t be so worried about taking the next order while someone is right in front of her and trying to remember it while she cashes someone else out. Seems like she should only be aloud to do one task at a time
