Pre-ordered my pizza online and it still took the man 20 minutes just to even see if my pizza was ready then when I receive my pizza, it is so thin you can see through it. You grab it and it falls apart. I ordered two stuffed crust, pepperoni pizza I didn’t order anything thin this is ridiculous for the amount of time I had to waitthere was even other people in there who had to yell at the man at the register because they waited an hour even though they pre-ordered.

My friend told me the pizza puffs at Little Caesars are amazing. I had to try ‘em. They slap. Probably could’ve ate a 6 piece easy. Felt a bit extra so I ordered some cookie dough brownies. The mini M&M joints. They looked ashy so I was a bit concerned. They weren’t too bad. Super sweet tho. Outside of the homeless rally out front, this location is pretty cool. Service was solid too.

I did a DoorDash order the drinks I ordered were missing. The pizza was undercooked and not cut. had topping on a corner I did not ask for. I live less than 2 miles and the pizza was cold. It didn’t take long for the pizza to get here so not sure why it was this cold. Unedible. Never again from this little Ceaser’s. I had removed the peppers already from pizza in photo

I couldn’t believe the Crazy Bread was burnt, rock hard, and nasty.
I should’ve checked my order before I left but I was in a hurry to get back to work.
I couldn’t believe that they actually sold it to me.
We all know the bread should be soft and tasty. Welp, someone dropped the ball that day!
The lobby is cramped and dingy. It looks dirty but I’m sure they clean it. It just looks filthy and worn out.
When you arrive no one is ever at the counter but someone usually pops up within a minute or two.
Please place your order before you go because the wait is long. One man was complaining that he’d been waiting 40 minutes and his hungry family was waiting.
All in all, I really don’t think they follow the corporate recipes. This was the 2nd time I have received terrible food. My coworkers and I won’t be returning.

Waited over 15 minutes for my older when i ordered ahead of time, when calling the store the manager answered and was rude and kept speaking over me. Made no effort to take accountability . I asked for a refund which they made it difficult to get, after speaking to their supervisor they told me a refund would be issued and before i could ask to confirm that it would be returned to my card, the manager hung up. That is awful customer service and speaks volumes of the team at the store. Manager was rude and dismissive.

Horrible service & I’m really concerned about the level of service I’ve seen from the workers here; they’re not helping customers who’ve ordered ahead and are being really dismissive, which is unacceptable…i’ve noticed workers are ignoring customers waiting for pizzas when the portals aren’t working. It’s not fair to leave them hanging since it’s not their fault the system is down, and they shouldn’t be expected to know it’s broken. They need nicer and patient workers who know how to do there job…

Rude customer service over heard the female manager tell the male worker she don’t care about how long the customer waits she was focused on her task she was rude nd her demeanor showed she lacked all people skills and was down right nasty. When I asked for a refund she proceeded to say I too will wait on that as she laughed. All the workers can agreed they was apologizing for her nd I said it wasn’t there fault she was rude. I will be reaching out to corporate on this matter as well

Since we’ve moved to this area, we’ve always order from the location on rainbow and Charleston/alta. Ordered from this location since it’s close by and boy everything was a mess. Took a whole hour for the picked up to be ready, inside was way too crowded and the employees seemed to be irritated for some reason. Now all of this I understand because it’s rush hour so there will be a crowd, the employees might be agitated from other customers and likewise. The issue is I order 3 pizza; 1 pepperoni 1 meat and 1 supreme. We picked up my order and it’s my fault for not checking before leaving. We got home and these were the other pizzas. Pepperoni was correct but yo!! The supreme!!! Only one leaf or whatever that was on both pizza. I paid extra for a pepperoni and one tiny bell pepper. Don’t know if I want to cry or laugh. Anyway, management should do better. It’s a cheap pizza place in a low income area so they should know to expect a crowd at certain times especially dinner time. Now I’m gonna go cry and no I don’t want to drive back because once you complain to your cook, you’ll know something has to be done with your food. Lol

The crazy puffs have massive flavor, with a good crunch. Good deal for the price, at $3.99. The service was a little slow, she said it would be a 10 minute wait, even though the sign says, “puffs are hot n ready”, but I appricate that the puffs were done sooner than ten minutes. Over all it was good service.
