I came in for the $2.99 deal and had a really good experience. The staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in, and Esmeralda was especially kind. She checked in with us several times to see if we wanted anything specific and even explained which pizzas were out and which ones were being made. The restaurant was clean, the pizza tasted good and stayed hot the whole time, and the cinnamon rolls were buttery, sweet, and super fluffy. The salad bar was refreshing and had several dressing options, forgot to take a pic of my salad. Overall, worth the visit and great service.

Came with wrestling high school team after districts tournament as a tradition they have, and I gave manager Stephanie a heads up so she wouldn’t be caught off guard and had enough staff and food. They did amazing only thing I’d change is having two registers checking out instead of one it made the line extremely long and it was cold out for the ones waiting in line. Kids had a great time and stuffed themselves after probably not eating all day. Thanks for your great service and Godwilling we will be back next year!

This location off Hwy 6 in Houston would get no stars if it had that option!!!!! The food waa absolutely horrible and wasn’t fresh at all. The tables were dirty. We had to ask a employee to come and clean off the tables so we could be seated. Should have been a red flag right there. Went to the buffet to get our food the spoons were filty but sitting out for people to eat with disgusting!!!!!!!! Ordered wings it took over 30 mons to get them and when we got them they were not fully cooked. We were so disappointed and spent alot of money there. Never have we been so disappointed in a CICIs in pur lives. We will mever go to this one EVER again. 3/2/2026

Went with my son and his wrestling team, restaurant was clean, salad bar full of plenty options, pizza kept coming out so kids can enjoy nice and hot. Manager Stephanie did great with making everything run smoothly. We will be back next year.

This location was the best location many years ago, I was sad to how low and bad it is now. Starting with the pasta bar, the tomatoe sauce is so water down it’s mostly water. The buffet line empty. It’s 12:45 pm on a Sunday and the place is not busy so why is the buffet line empty. The cheese bread pan empty and old crusty pieces of pizza on the line. This is lowest quality. As an old timer am disappointed, in late 90 and mid 2000 this was a good location always packed. Always greeted never ignored. After many years of not coming to side of town I was excited and looking forward to good experience. But am disappointed with the quality of the food with the service and overall experience. Am sad to say I will not recommend this location.

Good, inexpensive and quick. Pizza prepared and served buffet style. All different flavors, plus pasta and salad. Dessert as well. There’s an arcade area for the kids too. All in all great place to take the family on a budget.

No wait manager is super friendly and complies with all pizza desires. I love how he’s eager to make it happen, loved taking all the kids. I do wish the kids buffet was cheaper because kids don’t eat That much lol

Standards have dropped so much since a few months ago. Terribly sad with this location being here for so long. The drink selection is considerably diminished, and the pizza has actually gotten worse. The only thing that’s been renovated is that children have more choices for games. Fellow customers, the pizza might be cheap but paying a little more somewhere else (Domino’s for instance) is worth your while.

I had an amazing experience at Cicis today, was having the literal worst day ever & just came alone expecting just to get a pizza or two and wasnt too hungry but worker Josue was so nice by taking the last quarters i had and didnt make me feel bad for paying in coins lol but we need more generous workers like him in the world, Thank you and so many blessings to him!!!

This Cicis location has really been my favorite. The workers here are really hard working. They make sure there is always fresh pizza and the place is always clean. My daughter loves coming here so we will continue to bring our business here.
