Very disappointing visit today, the food was great but we didn’t get to see a fight or even an argument. Everyone was so nice, felt more like Chic-fill-A than the Waffle House
Kidding aside though, this place never disappoints, Mr Harvey was wonderful and the food was on point.
Their credit card machine was down so they put a sign on the door and were informing everyone as they walked in that it’s cash only.
Hot food, hot coffee, fast service, and good people doing their best.

I came into this Waffle House around 5 AM with a to-go order of 15 meals, and I just have to say the experience was wonderful. The two gentlemen working were so patient, kind, and on top of things. They jumped right into the order and had everything ready quickly — no complaints, no stress, just great teamwork. They even started a fresh pot of coffee for me while I waited, which I really appreciated that early in the morning.

The manager came in just before I left, and I have to mention her too. I’ve eaten here before, and every time she’s there, the whole place feels warm and welcoming. She moves through the kitchen with such grace, and the way she trains new employees is honestly inspiring. I once heard her tell a new staff member, “Anticipate needs.” She was teaching them how to serve — but that line stuck with me. I still carry that with me in my everyday life.

Great food, great service, great people.
This location truly stands out, and I always enjoy coming here. Highly recommend.

You should talk to your employees especially the young ones on how to talk shit about a customer. Once they leave or stay lower OK as a person in customer service if I’m gonna talk junk, I’m not gonna yell and loud enough for a person to hear it or I am gonna wait till they leave or I’ll send the text it to somebody or not say it at all I literally was walked in the first set of doors. I stopped to check a message to see what I was picking up. I looked up to make sure nobody was coming out the door. All I hear is why is she looking like that my initial reaction was lol girl why are you staring at me but I walked in and I asked l Why am I looking like that she was on? It is a yeah you because you look scary you scaring me. She should have been doing something like everyone else was then criticizing me . There some things. People need to keep to themselves cause if I could’ve took an offensive . her being a young woman that she is she don’t kno how to filter they’re mouths that whole interaction could’ve went completely left. And lastly can yall drain the bacon the whole bottom of my tray was oil

I ordered online for pick up. I didn’t check the order prior to leaving but the rep gave me the wrong food. It’s bad enough the security offers are acting like they in the trap and bothered by guests but for the lack of care displayed, I’m appalled. Keep in mind, I can’t get them on the phone and all I can do is “provide feedback”. I need a full refund and will call the store later today or try to find the managers email.

Waffle House is always the go to place for breakfast whether it be late night, early morning or mid afternoon. I’m leaving this review specifically for Sheema, I walked in to grab my pick up order and her welcome and service was top notch! It felt like I was at a family members house, she had everyone in the place smiling from her team to the customers. I hope management sees the star they have in her!

We was on vacation in Virginia,we live in Everett Washington and So glad we stopped at this Waffle House to give it a try! Didn’t disappoint at all! The food was delicious. Of course the waffles were yummy and very filling. The bacon was crispy and the hash browns were the best I can remember having. Most of all, the amazing service kept our coffee hot and our faces smiling. Thank you for making us feel so welcome Waffle House!

I must say, I came in 11/4 to get a classic waffle and waited about 10 mins. Shima was a delight and was the one who took my order. They were a bit busy so i didn’t mind. Shima was a rockstar at managing the kitchen, Front of house and takeout orders. What I did mind was one the grill cooks (a heavy set black woman with grey twists) tone towards one of her coworkers- Brie. ” Whoever stacking these bowls like this, Stop!” She said it loud enough where guests sitting in front and i could hear. I was taken aback. Shima also noticed how rude she spoke to her coworker. That one cook made the environment hostile by continuing to taunt Brie within earshot. Super unprofessional on her part but Shima did a great job at de-escelaitng the situation.

Coming to Texas Roadhouse is a home away from home. Great food served hot. The servers: Nick, Kim, Easton, Jen, Venus are attentive servers always with a smile with amazing interactions. They are always buzzing keeping pace with the times.

Jan 9, 2025 about 10am. We were never greeted, employees looked like deer in headlights the whole time. There were dirty tables that needed cleaning for us or other to sit down but we’re never done. After about 5 mins of this, we left and went somewhere else. We most likely won’t ever go here again

The place was not busy. I ordered 2 eggs over medium with hash browns, sausage, grits, and toast. The eggs came cooked way past over well, yolks hard and whites crispy. After sending them back, two more were cooked, and as you can see in the photo, they were overcooked as well. Any short-order cook who cannot cook eggs over medium is no cook at all.
