This was a fantastic place to have lunch. I am sure it would be Just as good for dinner. What of their lunch specials was fish and chips. Which was walleye hand breaded and fried there with french fries. I asked if I could get it baked and they said it would be no problem. It was a excellent piece of fish. It was very large. It came with mixed vegetables and coleslaw. The meal was perfect as was the service. Their lunch menu was very good. There were a lot of different things to order from. I would love to look at their dinner menu next time I go. You can cannot go wrong by going there for a meal. I’m looking forward to going again.

Crab cakes were very good The lobster bisque is very good. Halibut and the surf and turf were very good. Don’t skip out on the bread. Comes out piping hot very good. Caesar salad was very crispy. Could tell very fresh!.

I went here for my birthday dinner/ welcome back to Ohio dinner. Mistake. Had a reservation and proceeded to wait 15 minutes for a table I presumed was reserved.
Waited 18 minutes before drinks arrived. Order Pina margarita, it was not shaken , the ice was melted and the quality of tequila did not match the pricing market.
Tuna poke, had white slimy connected to it and was not cut with a proper knife, also had one tiny sliver of avocado in which was brown. Had to ask for bread. Had to grab my plate when served because they couldn’t serve the plate on the correct side. When we arrived there was toiled water with melted ice at the table.
This restaurant should be closed.
Halibut was raw.
Crab cakes were order by two people at the table both tasted different and weren’t the best.
The cheesecake that was given for my bday desert, was hard and crinkled at the top, tasted only like cheese, had a thee smallest dollop of whip cream with 4 slivers of strawberries and one blue berry
This restaurant was awful. Waitress was nice but service was absolutely illegal. How is the restaurant still open
Best part was the pineapple on my margarita and leaving!

Mancy’s is a well known restaurant name in the Toledo area. They are an upscale restaurant with upscale prices.
The positives: beautiful restaurant, delicious crab cakes and some of the best bread pudding I’ve ever had.
Disappointments: paper menus, small selection of entrees, and my risotto had a lot of hard rice in it which made it unpleasant. My boyfriend was disappointed by his steak being so thin and overcooked and the slow service.
A manager did walk by and ask how everything was and I told her about the risotto she asked if I wanted to replace it and I said no that’s ok, I am just telling you so you can tell the chef and the other patrons will have a better experience.
I recently reviewed Mancy’s steakhouse and the findings here are the same. An overpriced restaurant with disappointing entrees.

Although we have lived in Toledo for 11 years, this was our first visit to Mancy’s Bluewater Grille. We decided to dine there for our wedding anniversary. Our server was very friendly and engaging, although she was new. We both ordered seafood entrees. I had salmon and my husband ordered the Chilean sea bass prepared with a barbecue type sauce. Both were good and prepared perfectly and portions were nice. The atmosphere was not as elegant as we expected. One of the managers (who had introduced herself) was at the bar with some customers, which is not a bad thing but she acted as though she was not working. The napkins were not cloth as mentioned in other reviews. Additionally nothing special was noted for our anniversary. Many restaurants specifically celebrate birthdays, anniversary’s etc.

We were attending an event at Mancy’s Bluewater and unfortunately, the service was really disappointing. They barely came to our room, and I was left super thirsty—I asked twice for a drink refill and never received it. I also ordered my steak medium, but it came out well done. No one checked in to see if the food was okay or if we needed anything. Between the overcooked steak and being ignored the whole time, the experience was frustrating and not what I expected.

It’s sooo comfortable and atmosphere is so amazing, , service is very well done fast not slow , server comes to us always for refills or other , good maners from server , polite, couldn’t ask for any better. Went twice 1. For our anniversary and 2. For husband birthday. And we’ll go again soon . And after that my birthday in 2026’ . I highly recommend this place . I went to other places they were not the best .
