Got the ribs and steak. Ribs were ok, seasoned fine. But take a gander at this tiny, itty bitty thin steak!? Looks like some rubbery piece of dog toy (which by the looks of it would be made in China by the way) is a head scratcher. My wife did like her fish and chips though so that was a positive.

So I went in for the first time, the one who sat me down was great. Shortly after I was asked drink, got my drink…. I let some time pass, decided what I wanted, but no one came to take order. More time past, nothing, people got sat down, they got drinks and order taken. Still nothing, got tired of waiting and left after almost an hour of being there.

I ordered the Cobb salad with chicken and a burger patty for extra protein.
The salad was delicious, but the portion was deceiving and didn’t have enough lettuce.
I had to order some chicken bites to fill up. Callie was friendly and service was quick. Thank you!

The place was pretty empty on a Saturday but there was still a pretty long wait. Me and my husband both ordered trays he ordered the NFL tray with certain items which we resized he didnt even get everything and was basically just the combo meal I received with two sliders. The wings were hard, and not very good. The pretzels also seemed very overcooked very hard to eat. The mozzarella sticks were void of cheese like they just stuck everything in the microwave and cooked it too long. The cocktails I ordered were pretty good, and my son and grandmother’s orders seemed fine. Its just a shame because we were hoping for better food

I wish I didn’t sit where I could see in the kitchen. I saw servers and “cooks” eating while they worked. Totally not okay.Folks were back there grazing as they worked. No hand washing occurred either. I can’t go here again after that. I worked in the industry for a long time and eating while working isn’t okay. Your hands are in your mouth and you’re handling customer’s food.

TGI Fridays is just down the hill from the Hawthorne hotel. The food and the service was great! I highly recommend it. We got the glazed salmon and rice and the bucket of bones which is a rib and wing combo. The whiskey glaze on the ribs tasted just like the glaze on the salmon. The glaze is good. The overall experience was good.

One of the best burgers I have had in a long time at a reasonable price. My wife and I really enjoyed our dinner there. Nice atmosphere and the waitress was friendly and helpful. We travel quite a bit. Wish there were more of these. Cracker Barrel and Bob Evan’s have really gone downhill and TGI Friday’s although a different class of restaurant is a much better alternative.

Ordered the chicken fingers… Which I learned later are actually “nuggets”… Except what they attempted to serve as nuggets was actually just pieces of fried coating. There were maybe 3 actual nuggets with chicken meat inside. After showing the waiter the hollow inside of these bread crumbs he says “yeah that’s the way it comes” and walked off I kid you not, just walked off. My friend got fajitas, which were cold so clearly not sizzling as one would expect fajitas to be. They didn’t come with cheese, or lettuce. After speaking with the manager, who also informed us that “that’s the way it comes”, did offer to replace the meal or a free dessert. So that was nice. But the food and the service beforehand, trash.

Had lunch here with several friends. My first time at a Rafferty’s and I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was really good. I had it on a salad with ranch. The salad was so fresh, even the tomatoes! There was a fruit salad I am going to try next time.

I ordered a pick up order..had to request a drink they forgot. Then when I got home I had ordered no onions and peppers and my sandwich was loaded with them, asked for extra crispy fries and they were flimsy, the chicken tenders were pathetic they were smaller than the fries…the only good thing was how good the ribs and sandwich tasted after removing what I didn’t order. The employees need to pay attention to the tickets more closely
