This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered the Shroomami online. When I walked in to pick it up, the people behind the counter looked at me (there was one table with customers) and walked away. Super unfriendly vibe. That was disappointing. When I left I thanked everyone, as I would have anyway and walked out. The tofu was so hard I thought they added croutons accidentally. The mushrooms were non existent and it was just a kale mess. I don’t recommend that salad.

I have visited this location nearly five times, and after today, I won’t be returning. The service here is consistently poor, especially if you arrive closer to closing time (around 8 PM, which is still two hours before they close). The staff makes you feel like you’re a burden rather than a customer. They seem impatient, and if you take even a few extra seconds to decide on your toppings, they might ask you to leave.
The food quality is just as disappointing. My chicken came undercooked, and they even used a previously used lid to cover my salad. To top it all off, I ended up paying $20 for a tasteless, poorly-made salad. This place has proven to be a terrible dining experience time and time again. Save your money and find a better spot.

I wrote the very first review for this location with 5 stars and raving reviews (my only food review ever) and had to delete that review because the location went completely downhill. I have ordered in person and online many times recently and consistently the order is wrong, with barely any food in the bowl, constantly left waiting 15-20 mins longer after my order should be ready when I pick up it up, and half the ingredients are usually run out. I have no idea how this place functions. I don’t know what happened from when this location first opened to now, but it’s been a VERY noticeable, negative experience.

I saw that many reviews stated how skimpy the portion was. Fortunately that was not true for us. We found the salads filling and yummy (Harvest Bowl, Crispy Rice bowl). Hopefully when we return that will still be true. Service was kind of slow. One person was making the salads mostly. It wasn’t busy there as it was past lunch hour so it seems like some of the other employees chose to do other things instead of finishing helping customers.

Had a horrible experience, picked up a few bowls and fries for the office and many things were missing. To start i went to pick up at the time it said it would be ready by and had to wait, which is fine, IF everything was right with the order. But it wasn’t. Women working told me they were cooking up a fresh batch of fries in the back and that was what was holding up the order. Finally got order and brought it was to the office. The bowls were missing dressing(s) and some toppings were missing as well. The fries that are about 5 dollars legit had only 5 fries in the container! And they were COLD!! Worst experience for the amount of money that we spent it’s not worth it. I won’t recommend this place to anyone

Honestly, I’ve never had a problem at this location (minus parking) which is not reflective of my review. I have been here 4 times in the last couple of months.
I have to acknowledge Mikey & Kimberly. I came in on two different occasions, and both could not have been more friendly, more accommodating nor more kind. I am HUGE on kindness!! I left the local hospital just to get a salad from Sweetgreen. When I lived & worked in NY, I went there all the time. All I wanted was one of their salads and Mikey was there that night. Mikey listened to me talk about my mom. He listened to me vent and his manager allowed me to switch something out for free. No, I didn’t ask for it. They were just happy to listen and be nice.
Next, there was Kimberly. She was another Sweetgreen employee that was SUPER sweet and smiled even after seeing me walk in 10 minutes before closing. It was the end of a long day and she was still patient & accommodating. Again, another visit in between the hospital.
At both visits, there was plenty of food. No skimping, perfectly separated and very clean.
I will certainly be back!!

Got my first and last time here and all I can say it’s a very overpriced salad. I could have done to the store and made the salad myself and for less money. No ingredient lists on the site for the dressings and they didn’t even have fries as an option on the site which was something I would have loved to have as a side.

Came in late on a Sunday night before closing and was greeted with a big smile by Joselyna. She was so friendly and helpful, taking the time to tell us about the new bowls and what pairs well with different toppings. Even though it was close to closing, everything looked fresh and the place was spotless. It’s so nice to see great customer service and positive energy at the end of a long day. We’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience at Sweetgreen Morristown!
We had such a great visit thanks to James. He was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make the experience special — he chatted with our kids, gave great food suggestions, and even brought a cup of water for a customer’s dog that came in. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and cares about every guest.
The food was fresh and delicious, but it was James’ energy and kindness that really stood out. Great guy at a fantastic place — we’ll definitely be back!

I ordered Shroomami kale salad. For $17 the mushrooms and tofu are burnt. In reality, i paid $17 just for kale. Poorly chopped vegetables. Bad dressing. The management should really work on the quality of food!!
