my first time going to a jersey mikes and the staff that was there tonight was so nice especially the one worker with the blonde hair and shaved sides and piercings. the customer service was really good and the workers were so nice and the sandwich was rlly good.

This was my first time going to Jersey Mike’s on 11/8/20 at 5:50 which is important because I want this review to reflect specifically on those working that day and time. I received better treatment and customer interaction here than at some high-end restaurants I’ve been to. It felt like red carpet treatment. Very impressed. I did have a phone in order and arrived early. Immediately I was greeted and the 2 guys I spoke with were eager to tell me about Jersey Mike’s and how good the food is and during our conversation they felt I’ve waited too long and gave me 2 free sub cards. I didn’t think I waited long but definitely appreciated the gesture. It’s nice to see employees taking pride in their work and company. It’s safe to say Jersey Mike’s takes care of the employees by the way they perform. The way the sandwiches are made seems the way of a Subway except Jersey Mike’s is so much better. We got a few cheesesteaks and Italians that were excellent and everything was fresh and one of my biggest problems at places when calling in an order is, they always screw it up. Not Jersey Mike’s. They made all the sandwiches just how I asked without having to ask me again how I wanted the sandwiches made. Plus it was very clean inside. I have nothing bad to say only a positive experience from the second I walked in, until the time I left. The owner or manager should let all these employees know what an awsome job they did. Jersey Mike’s on 5th street is an example how all employees should treat the customer while selling awsome food. Go online and check out the menu. They will make it just how you want it.

My wife went in ordered ONE sandwich for me she thought maybe I might be hungry for an afternoon lunch as I was working outside at home nice of her. she ordered a Ham on roll,lettuce,tomato ham and mayo.Opened it up had oil and peppers on it,needless to say I threw it out it was HORRIBLE. One sandwich and they couldn’t get it right. Needless to say along with other fast foods I this area Jersey Mikes is off our list. I also notice this location only responds to 5 star comments. Want a good sandwich when you don’t have time,SPENNY’S on Route 61 is VERY GOOD,blows Jersey Mikes away hands down,little pricey but worth it.

I only get one sandwich when I go to Jersey Mikes & it’s the #8! Provolone, Ham, Turkey & Bacon. Never had a bad Sandwich here. The staff at this particular location is very friendly.

this location is excellent because the staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. its one of the last places around that doesn’t have screens to order from. it felt great to look people in the eyes and speak with them whole ordering. excellent experience
