Consistency is where Outback really shines. The food is cooked exactly how I want for a reasonable price. The steak is well seasoned and an ok cut so I’ve never been dissatisfied. Service was friendly on a busy Saturday.

I love Outback Steakhouse, but this is by far my favorite location! We had a great waiter that was very attentive to our needs. The food came and the steak was so tender an juicy, it melted in my mouth. We also added on a lobster tail to our meal. It was so tender and very flavorful. This is our favorite place!

Came here with my wife and enjoyed a nice meal. No wait, server attentive to even my extra requests. Got our usual small steaks, but gave the ribs with the dry rub a try. Mild kick to them and very tender – I’m definitely not a rib guy and enjoyed them.

The best part of the meal was the drinks. They weren’t able to get the steaks right…they tried twice and were going to try a third time but we decided to put them out of their misery and call it quits. They made it right and promoed the dinner. The bread was overcooked, the caesar salad had a very strong anchovy taste, it was overpowering. Two of the people in our party got overcooked steaks. One was the wrong cut. The one they got right was eaten before the two that were overcooked were replaced with undercooked replacements. The server was apologetic for the kitchen’s failures. This was one bad experience but I will give them another opportunity to get it right in the future.

I have always enjoyed coming to this steakhouse before the outbreak and it’s great to see that the great customer service still remains!
This pandemic has been extremely difficult for everyone, but this Outback has done everything right to keep it clean and sanitized. I saw a cleaning station near the bathroom that they use to clean them frequently. They also seat people in every other booth for social distancing. (Very well done).
And finally, we had a friendly and attentive waitress named Laura. She came around frequently making sure we were fine and I have nothing to say for improvement. Also the manager was nice enough to check on us.
One thing you must know before going in however is that you MUST wear a mask inside the building until you are seated and have your food and beverages. So please make sure you have them with you.
They also have a limited menu so make sure to double check what they have before arriving so there aren’t any disappointments.

Our experience on 10/13/19 was an excellent one. Our server, Brittany was so pleasant and helped us so much. She definitely knows what she’s doing. Very friendly. The food arrived in good time and was cook perfectly. we will most assuredly go back again

I really hate giving a one star. I felt bad for the shift manager as he seemed to be a new manager with a lot of potential. He was also our server which tells you they were short staffed. They we’re definitely having kitchen problems.
After almost two hours, my wife and I never actually got our dinners. The manager was smart enough to at least bring the kids their food so they could eat their food while it was hot.
Several families got up and left after being frustrated with not getting their food. The manager did the right thing and did not charge us. I would say Outback did not make money in this location in last night.
Hopefully they get their act together in this location because I’ve always liked Outback Steakhouse.

The food was absolutely delicious! The managers Alexia and Taylor were so kind and made sure our visit was great! Sean, the kitchen manager made sure the food was piping hot and was so kind to me and my husband and he kept the endless shrimp coming out! The waitress Laura was very attentive to ours needs. We will def be coming back every chance we get! Awesome restaurant!!!

Outback steakhouse is not my go-to for steaks anymore, we rarely visit. Of the last three visits, despite having fairly low amounts of customers, it routinely takes 1.5 to 2 hours to get our food. Last night was no exception. The food was fine, we were a group of 6, and only 1 steak was incorrectly cooked. It was caught before it came out and was rectified without issue, and with an amount of explanation I find exemplary among all the restaurant issues I’ve ever had. Our server was great, the management was great, but the kitchen really needs to be sped up.
