service was good, place was nice. i really like sushi, maybe i ordered the wrong sushi. i have no problem paying a lot of money for good food but i don’t think these prices are fair with the taste of the food. we got ginza roll, 99 roll, volcano, crunchy, craxy tuna, and the fire island roll, chicken hibatchi. the sushi in my opinion, you can get WAY better. we split the bill and for 6 rolls it ended up being 100$ with tax and tip???? that’s insane!! gyoza mid as well. chicken was dry in the hibatchi. maybe we all ordered the wrong thing, but none of us enjoyed our food and the price really through us off. i think there are better places. also sushi kinda small, again for those prices???

I absolutely LOVE this place. Been coming here for years. Always leave a tip to these lovely folks, they have a couple couples and families that work here and they’re all the sweet and very kind. If you’ve never been here go give it a try, i promise you won’t be disappointed. Also they gave me the cutest little tomato bunny with my sushi and it just made my day.

Food is always excellent here – they do a good job on presentation along with the freshness. First time having a poke bowl and it was so good. Highly recommend the sushi 99 roll as well – Okay pricing so maybe use it for your spouse date night only location.

Went here for Christmas Dinner for a change from traditional Christmas dinner. Got seated fast inside. I ordered the steak with fried rice and the meal was flavorful and delicious. My wife Ordered sushi which she loves and said it was great. The kids got chicken and noodles , the loved the noodles. Then came dessert. The bill was high but with great food comes high prices.

Exceptional service and staff, and even better food. I’ve now been here quite a few times, and each time, I am always helped almost as soon as I walk through the door. I really enjoy the atmosphere inside, but I haven’t personally eaten outside. During normal business hours, there’s only about a 10 minute wait to get most sushi for takeout and not much longer during heavier times of the day. The staff are all really nice, and prices are quite good for the quality and tastes you’re getting. There’s typically more than enough parking unless during a very busy hour. Very clean inside. Revised- I’ve now been to this location at least 20-30 times. Mixture of takeout and dine in. I’ve personally never had a bad experience at this Sushi 99 location. I try something new every time I go, and I have yet to not enjoy anything I’ve tried. Highly recommend this Sushi 99 location for the great staff, quick, clean, and friendly service, and the all-around great food. The quality of the take out food is of the same quality as the dine in food is, whereas some other restaurants make take out food in bulk/or ahead of time. (Not sponsored by them or anything, but I highly recommend this location)

I enjoy the food, the Poké bowls are probably my favorite. Service is usually fast. I do miss the little free crab roll when you used to sit down. The salmon fried rice is delicious. never usually a wait, I’ve tried many different dishes there and haven’t been disappointed.

My poke bowl was good! I would go there again for that. My husband got a sushi roll. The ground up fish in it surprised him. I had never seen it in sushi before. He ordered one that had 3 types of fish and they seemed to be all food processed up together in there. He elected not to order anything else.
I will go back since there are not many poke bowl options thar I have found around here but he won’t come along.

Amazing Hawaiian roll, great rainbow roll. Ordered steak and lobster. Above all else our server was amazing! Very attentive and kind. Absolutely loved our first sit down experience here! Can be a bit crowded, with good sushi, it’s expected!

For me the sushi itself was about a 8/10. My friend’s sushi roll was falling apart really bad, but he enjoyed the flavor.
Just Could have been rolled a bit tighter.

This place was all around great, my girlfriend has never liked sushi, I finally go her to go and it was amazing. The service was good food was good and environment was even better. Everything was clean. They have out door seating as well. Highly recommended if you are in the area right off i95 in Port Orange out side of Daytona Beach.
