My taste buds are on sensory overload right now! I have seen Georgia Mae’s Good Eats in town and have never heard a bad sentiment. So, when they were at my Annex today, I decided to give them a try. Although there are a ton of options to add, I went with my go-to… classic burger dry, with tomatoes and pickles. Guys, this burger was perfection. Juicy and savory and just right. And enough for me to cut in half and save the second for supper tonight (although I really wanted to eat the whole thing right then and there!)
The meal also came with fries that had a Cajun blend spice. I am from Louisiana, so this is always a majordomo test. I’m not sure which blend they created, but it is spot on fabulous. And as an added bonus, the incredibly friendly lady (I’m sad I didn’t ask her name) asked if I had ever tried their avocado ranch. I had not, so she handed me some of their homemade goodness and told me to dip my fries in that. AMAZING!! And corrected me from my misguided notion that all Ranch dressings are the same.
I will definitely be going back and make sure you do as well!! You will not be disappointed.
