The atmosphere at Lucette Fish Restaurant was lovely and the decor was inviting but the meal itself was disappointing.
I tried the pavé de saumon, and unfortunately, it tasted bland. The accompanying beurre à l’orange sauce was too sweet which overshadowed the flavors of the fish. And the mashed potato purée was too thick and tasteless, failing to complement the meal.
While the ambiance was nice, the food didn’t match my expectations. I’m not sure I would return.

Food did not meet out expectations! Grilled octopus wasn’t grill but prob just steamed and then sauce was added to the plate so it was quite plain!
Also ordered the mussels with white wine and the mussels were very small or they shrank due to overcooked!

Melted Butter
I wanted to try this fish restaurant its been a while so i finally did that over a nice dinner. The grilled octopus platter was extremely generous in portion , perfectly grilled and seasoned. It was served with homemade mashed potato and a flavorful ratatouille on the side . Portion is fullfilling no room was left for dessert ( platter costs 25 euros) . I paired it with a glass of rosé wine which was light and refreshing drink .
Service is fast and staff is friendly and helpful.
Give it a try if you are into fish specialities.

Seafood speciality restaurant that uses fresh ingredients, has pleasant service…warm and cozy ambience. What’s not to love. We had the plat du jour (fish with green beans) and the octopus, also tried the scallops and chorizo and the avocado shrimp. Everything was delightful.

Service was excellent, attentive and aimed to please. I was super impressed. Asked for a salad that wasn’t on the menu and it wasn’t an issue. My experience here was superb.
Had the oysters, paired it with white wine. Ordered cod with mashed potatoes and the presentation was amazing. See photo. I will definitely be returning.

First time in the area, staff speaks English, very helpful towards deciding what to order, and explaining what it is. Menu not available in English. Food was excellent! Would definitely come back if ever in the area.

Really enjoyed my visit here. Staff were super friendly (and very kind to speak English to us), decor was beautiful & cosy and the food was outstanding. I had the fish and chips which was delightful – definitely helped cure my feelings of being homesick from the UK. And a point to note – the tartar sauce was to die for! Best I’ve ever tasted! Can’t wait to go back.
