Ordered from the drive thru and was ok. Young lady sounded irritated that she was there. Got home with my food and was immediately disappointed! I ordered Chicken and a Steak dipping buttitos (notice I said buttitos, as in more than one). On the menu board it advertise as a set of 2 butritos. When I opened the wrap it was obvious that they took a soft taco shell, or at best a buttito tortilla and cut it in half to make 2 burritos! COME ON Taco Bell! You can do better than that! I do not recommend either of these items.

The staff here is always pleasant, and the food is routinely delicious. However, the size of those “Cheesy Dipping Burritos” is abysmal. As seen in the picture I provided, they’re roughly the size of my 3-inch stubby lil pinky. For $6 inc tax, it’s nothing less than highway robbery. They’re deliciously expensive.

Ordering a taco from Taco Bell comes with a certain set of expectations—chief among them being that, at some point, meat will be involved. So when I unwrapped my taco and found nothing but a sparse pinch of shredded lettuce and a light dusting of cheese, the experience felt less like a meal and more like an existential exercise in disappointment.
To be clear, this wasn’t a bold new vegetarian offering or a minimalist culinary statement. This was a taco that appeared to have simply forgotten its own purpose. The shell was intact, the lettuce was there in modest quantity, and the cheese—barely melted—clung to the interior like an afterthought. But the meat, the core identity of the item ordered, was entirely absent. Not “light on meat.” Not “mostly lettuce.” Completely missing.
The result was a bite that delivered crunch without substance and salt without satisfaction. Lettuce alone offers no warmth, no richness, no depth. Cheese, while welcome, cannot carry the entire experience on its own—especially in the quantities provided here. What should have been a balanced combination of textures and flavors instead felt hollow, both literally and figuratively.
What makes this more frustrating is that Taco Bell has built its brand on consistency. You may not expect gourmet food, but you do expect the basics to be present. When a taco lacks its meat, it’s not a small mistake—it’s a fundamental failure in quality control. At that point, the product no longer matches what was ordered, advertised, or paid for.

I drive thru this TB all the time. Order is always correct and palatable. Fast food in general is rarely what I call exceptional but I dont expect it to be. Service is always polite and order received is correct.

11/9/25 1:43pm My goodness, you can’t imagine what I witnessed at this location today. A manager actually managing his employees. Making sure everyone was on task to efficiently take care of customers and store cleanliness. As a result my meal was prepared timely and well. All of the employees were working as a team and in good spirits. I had to make this review because these days you just don’t see this anymore. I know I know this is a fast food restaurant but you know not too long ago this was common practice. People took pride in their work. Give this young man a raise please and reward him for holding it down. Good Job Sir!!

I’m very confused as to why you would make tacos and then dunk them in water, then make a Mexican pizza and fill the rest of the container with sauce. $30 order inedible. To be clear, this is not hyperbole. My tacos were soaking wet and the Mexican pizza was soggy and sitting under a half quart of sauce. This is not incompetence or laziness someone actually added steps to ruin the food that they had made.

By far the slowest Taco Bell i have ever encountered, on multiple occasions. I waited inside for over 45 minutes last time I was here, and this time in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I have never waited this long at any fast food restaurant. I understand things happen once in a while, but this is a consistent issue with this place

I ordered 2 Taco Supremes, ( 50¢ extra for) guacamole and the Mango peach drink. I barely found the guacamole one of my tacos and maybe 10¢ worth on the 2nd one . The Mango peach drink is watered down and the peach is a few freeze dried little pieces of peach that are like the marshmallows in Lucky charms. It tastes horrible. And expensive for a small drink. I’m not usually this harsh but it was pretty bad. I couldn’t drink it. The Brisk Mango tea was very good.

Wait almost an hour just to be missing food I sit at the car and wait at the window almost 30 minutes. I have to go in and then all I asked to make all of this right hey the missing item why don’t we just add a second Taco in there to make this right because this is kind of ridiculous and what do they do they make me wait another several minutes asked me to go wait in the car they’ll bring it out and bring me the one missing Taco of the mess of a wait time. I had kids to bring food to that have to go to bed people are not okay with waiting an hour at Taco Bell and then not even being taken care of properly for the wait time. This was absolute ridiculous if they had a manager on shift the manager needs to be fired

Around dinner time on 12/21 I was about to walk into the store when I witnessed what is some of the nastiest and worst behavior I have ever seen.
Firstly, there was brown smelly likely poop water coming from the sewage drains FLOODING THE KITCHEN and yet they were still serving food.
Secondly, I witnessed the manager SCREAMING and accusing some guy who had just entered the store of causing this by using their closed bathrooms when he clearly had not.
I just turned around immediately not only because of the manager’s completely inappropriate outburst but also because of the DISGUSTING SEWER WATER NEAR YOUR FOOD! DO NOT GO HERE EVER!
