I went there today 12. 26. 2025.. When I got in the order line I saw a male that was handling food on the front order line with his hair basically hanging over the uncovered food he was handling and serving to the customers.. I wondered when would a customer say something to management.. It never happened. I was about 10 people back so by the time I was about to order my food I asked a female who seem to be the manager because she was telling the other people working what to do. She seemed irritated when I requested that the male pull his hair back… Thoughts anyone??

I’m very disappointed, this is my favorite location and the last 2 times I got my burrito, the chicken was pink! The manager gave me a card for a free burrito for next time, but I feel like they should’ve checked the chicken that’s a safety violation and that’s how people can get sick. Very disappointing. I go to this location for my lunch break, or for dinner sometimes after work as it’s close to my job. Their staffing has also gone down they hired a bunch of young kids that don’t know what they’re doing and you can tell they just rush to get the job done. Maybe that’s why the chicken was pink. Smh very disappointed in this location

whoever made my bowl for delivery today deserves a raise. this is the best bowl that i’ve had in YEARS. everything was fresh, delectable, and just amazing. was worried since it was kinda close to them closing but my god truly amazing work tonight. keep this closing team going EVERY night actually! 1000/10

I ordered a burrito with rice, beans, steak, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. When the employee rolled it, she did a poor job. I asked her immediately if it would come apart and she just looked at the cashier. Instead of checking it, the cashier said, “she’s the best roller we have.”
Sure enough it fell apart as soon as I took the foil off, I tried to close it but as I ate the contents fell out of the bottom.
If that’s the “best roller” they have then they need to work on training their employees. I didn’t have a lot in the burrito, it was just rolled poorly and contents were sticking out of the tortilla upon rolling it instead of her making room prior to closing the burrito.

I had a pick up order and food was generally average as you would expect but I was shocked to find a small metal piece inside my food. This is an immense safety concern.

I frequent this location often. Customer service is mediocre but they always fix my bowls the way I like. Can’t go wrong with a burrito bowl with all the fixings. I’ll always choose qdoba over chipotle.
