As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

They put the cheaper $1.50 cheeseburger patties on my big buford, and ignored my customizations on my other burger and got it wrong. I had to sit outside the window for 15 minutes while they ignored me to try to get it fixed and then the manager insulted me and refused to acknowledge it wasn’t the right patties, even though the patties were the same size as my 1.50 cheeseburger (for a $6 sandwich). The service here is excellent, and the staff are very friendly, which gave me a great experience. On the first day, I placed an order through the mobile app for the highly recommended Philly Cheesesteak Burger. Unfortunately, when I arrived for pickup, I was informed that it was sold out. The staff member at the time, Jody, knew I really wanted to try the Philly Cheesesteak Burger and kindly suggested that I come back the next day after they restocked. She gave me a receipt and signed it so I could pick it up the following day.
When I returned the next day, the Philly Cheesesteak Burger was still unavailable, and Jody wasn’t there. However, she had informed the other staff about my situation. The other employees were very helpful and allowed me to choose any burger I wanted. In the end, they even gave me a free fries.
Although I didn’t try the Philly Cheesesteak Burger, the excellent service and great communication made the experience very enjoyable. Plus, the burger and fries I did get were crispy, flavorful, and delicious. The burger is wonderful too.

Exciting place. If you’re really hungry at 9:30 p.m. on a Sunday when it is pretty slow, they will make you pull over to the side of the building to wait for your food. And just as you’re getting excited about the hot fries since you had to wait 10 minutes, your food is delivered. A bag full of cold fries, a cold burger, and a cold apple pie. It takes effort to be that bad.

I recently had the displeasure of visiting Checkers in Dorville, and I must say, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. The first issue we encountered was the incredibly slow service. It felt like we were waiting for an eternity in the drive-through line, with no indication of how long it would take. The lack of organization and efficiency was truly baffling.
As we finally reached the speaker to place our order, the frustration continued. The staff member took an eternity to respond, and when they finally did, they seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic. It was abundantly clear that they did not care about providing good customer service.
To make matters worse, when we finally received our food, it was far from satisfactory. The burgers were overcooked and dry, lacking any flavor. The fries were cold and stale, as if they had been sitting out for hours. It was clear that no care or attention to detail went into preparing our order.
The overall experience was extremely disappointing. The slow and unresponsive service, coupled with the subpar quality of the food, left a bad taste in our mouths. It is safe to say that I will not be returning to Checkers in Dorville anytime soon. I urge others to avoid this establishment if possible.

Went back again asked for fresh food the lady refused to make it fresh. So i left. The checkers on jimmy carter has been the most consistent location so far. Ive added pictures from my most recent order as well. I ordered a baconzilla and this is clearly not what i ordered. Looks like they just put whatever they hAd left on the sandwhich and gave it to me. Officially my last visit. You can’t negotiate with what you put inside of your body. Its already fast food to be given old fast food on top of that is a smack in the face.

I keep giving chance after chance to this location but tonight was the final straw I see why McDonald’s line it’s pack and theirs ain’t this checkers became the worst employees not wearing uniforms they sitting outside on top of the tablets smoking cigarettes and not polite at all I order two of the 4 dollars glorilla meals and my bread wasn’t toasted at all not enough sauce meat was old and cold and they don’t care we told the man with dreads and he just look at us like do you think I care the black girl she’s the manager she also don’t care she was also outside sitting down on top of the tables the owner needs to hire better employees with better training otherwise y’all shu close this location the area where you eat is dirty and not clean at all I will never come back here again.

I like Checkers but not this location. This store says that they’re participating in National Fry Day, but they’re not.
The posts on social media and the Checkers website is clear: bring in a receipt of fries purchased from a restaurant other than Checkers for a free large fry. “Have you purchased some “Basic Fries” from the other guys? Bring us your receipt and trade it in for a FREE LARGE FRY. ONLY ON JULY 11!”
This store says is that you need to purchase something from that Checkers earlier in the day and come back later in the day for the fries. They don’t count if you purchase something during the same visit. Did management really think that’s how the Fry Day deal works? If you’re not participating, just say that…

Closes early. Got there at 12 30 only to be told they weren’t taking orders (listed closing at 1 am) When I worked in fast food, (over 15 years ago admittedly) we took orders until closing time. And yes I was a teenager. And yes we cleaned and did whatever was left to do AFTER we closed, after we stopped taking orders, WHICH WAS AT CLOSING TIME . It’s annoying and low key lazy to have a listed closing time, yet people have to assume you actually close a half hour, 45 minutes or even an hour early because you feel like it. Lot of fast food places like this these days. Makes things a guessing game, and plus having worked in fast food “back in the day” I know things weren’t always like this.
