The food was dry and tasted weird, fries tasted like salted cardboard. My husband’s mcdouble had partly rock hard bun and the cheese was so dried and hard it was brown. And who would of thought putting ketchup on food would make it taste worse. I should have taken a que from the puking child in the lobby when we were ordering the food because I almost was the 1.5 hour trip home after eating that garbage.

Pulled up to the speaker at around 9:50 am on a Friday morning. Asked for a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel but got a biscuit instead. The service was rude and they didn’t even give me my receipt. Never coming back here for breakfast.

Ridiculous. My boyfriend picked up food for me and my kid. My kid’s fries were old. My fries weren’t cooked fully. I got two ranch snack wraps. One didn’t have ranch and the other had too much ranch. They weren’t even that busy. But hey at least my soda wasn’t watered down…

I’ve pretty much come to accept that staff here is just unhappy. Or just don’t care. No matter how polite I am to the people at the windows there’s rarely a smile, let alone a kind response. 95% of the time the order is incorrect. Something as simple as no pickle or no cheese, etc. seems like an inconvenience.

Didn’t get full order. Didn’t even get the sauces I ordered. Only one sandwich was warm everything else was cold food. The sandwiches looked like they had been sat on before they were placed in my bag. However I did receive one extra chicken nugget. This is my second review and I will never go to this McDonald’s again.

Today the food and service was perfect. I will say I have came to this McDonald’s for over a year and it’s very good sometimes and other times terrible. Almost like a hit or miss depending on the staff seems like. However today the food was great! & my Carmel iced coffee was actually delicious! & also want to brag on the guy working the window who has been there for a long time now and ALWAYS has the BEST customer service. I don’t know his name unfortunately but he takes the orders and works at 1st window! He is kind of younger definitely in twenties. He is always so friendly, patient, and kind!

BLOOD IN MY FOOD – I’ve tried to call three times and Noone picks up so i guess I’m doing the reviews and I reported it on the website; there was literally blood in my food (not ketchup or anything else I let it dry on it nowhere near the same outcome) this was blood so gross I’m glass I looked down before eating the food

Great place had delicious food I got a big Mac and it’s absolutely delicious at this restaurant it’s a whole different level from some of the McDonald’s I’ve had while driving places great place to stop by and eat. Like all McDonald’s they do use salt unless you select the Option to remove salt in the app or ask in person.

Waited 20 mins for food and it wasn’t busy. Staff was not friendly. Barely spoke. Fries were really salty. asked for extra extra pickles and got 3. No sweet tea made. And another customer said this is typical here.
