I used the drive-thru and food was piping hot. Burger was well put together and the fries were nice and crispy with not alot of salt on them. The Coke was very good – sometimes places have the mixture off but this was spot-on. Woman at the drive-thru window was friendly and courteous.

My mom was served a very pink burger… Apparently undercooked. My dad ate all of his food, but he has been feeling awful and vomiting since this afternoon. I’m assuming his burger(s) were also undercooked. For what it’s worth, my order seemed fine – and I don’t seem to have any symptoms.
There are many things that I am willing to give people grace on, and I regret having to write this review. I feel that I have to write this review because other people might get sick too.
Had my parents told me sooner, like right as they apparently noticed it, I could have talked to the store and had them make it right – and maybe this review wouldn’t be necessary. I only just found out minutes ago that they noticed it after receiving the burgers, but they are not “confrontational” people, so I guess they did not think to mention it to me, nor to the store.
As someone who has worked in food service, I’m annoyed for you that I have to write this review… But frankly, I need this to be taken seriously and seen, so I have to write the review here. My parents are also concerned that they might get me sick before my surgery at Mayo tomorrow, so, there’s that…
I took the time to take a picture of the burger. You can see that it is very pink on the inside. The outside seems mostly normal, and you might not have noticed from a quick glance until cutting it in half or biting into it.

This has happened again. I order something online & I get the wrong thing. I literally took a custom order that I had from a month ago that they were able to get correct & change 1 item about it. Then the entire order was wrong. I cannot eat mayonnaise as I have called in multiple times & explained to the person in customer service.
I paid $8 for 2 sandwiches that I cannot eat. And I do NOT want any coupons. I have received at least 2 of those in the past that just sit on my shelf & expire while I get nothing out of them.
Was supposed to have NO pickles, NO cheese, NO onions, NO mayo. But didn’t pay attention to any of it. Thought they had fixed this but clearly not.
Update – 4/6/23: Over a month later and not a single word, email, or call from the store or Wendy’s. Just shows that this store & the people who oversee it have no iterest in doing anything to support their customers.
It isn’t the same at all Wendy’s. I have been to other ones in the past month without these problems. It is just this one that has this issue.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. About two weeks ago I ordered a Dave’s meal and was served severely raw meat. I gave the place grace and figured that maybe it was a one off thing and I’ll order something different and so the other day I ordered nuggets. Now for the last several days I have been sick and have had a GI Infection from eating your food. You have ZERO regard for the health and safety of your customers. I will never return here and neither should any other customer. Terrible quality and terrible service.

In this day Wendy’s dares to charge 38.00 dollars plus and you can’t even get order right. I ordered one burger meals 1 chicken meal and 6 nuggets my large fries were only 3/4 full I asked my burger only have ketchup must extra onions must and ketchup. Why is it so hard that you people can’t follow the simplest of orders. I got chesse which I am allergic to I got mayo on it which was not asked for then only 3 pieces of bacon on a sandwich called a Baconator. Chicken sandwich was dry. Shame on Wendy’s you want to charge like your a mid level sit down restaurant.

I paid almost 40 dollars for your junk. For now I will add 10 dollars and go to a real restaurant. The only thing I could thank you for is. I realized fast food is not good anymore. If it was perfectly made hot fries full order correct is only worth 20 dollars. I know in the back of your minds your saying if you don’t like don’t come back. I ordered bacon Nader fries. there was only a drizzle of cheese (that was hard) and two slices of bacon that weren’t cut up in the slightest, I know it’s fast food, but they literally slapped everything in a plastic container and sent it on its way. i was very disappointed… not to mention, but it also was a very long wait Once I saw the abomination of the creation that they created in that kitchen, I wasn’t even hungry anymore…
