We order 2 big macs meals and no bread in the middle for both of our meals . Is that a thing now ? We were running late to do errands so we stop quick but both of our meals were the same . Fries were not all the way up too. I didn’t take a photo of that but very frustrated with the food next time I will check before I go. They were not even busy it was like 11 am or 12.

The sign on the doors says dinning room closes at 11pm. Occasionally the mangers lock the doors earlier depending on the manger.. They really should change the times they are open to of they are locking the doors at 10:30pm. I’ve came in at 10:30pm seeing the doors locked and mangers pushing people away before close. Very rude about it too. (Update) So today’s date is 11/29/25 and once again the doors are locked when the sign says dining room is open till 11pm.(it was 10:30pm when trying to enter the restaurant) Unfortunately I do not drive and work close to my job within walking distance and always stop before work to get coffee. The owner attached a link to fill out a survey but that survey has nowhere to complain about the restaurant closing before the time on the door…. this mcdonald’s is open 24/7 and theres 0 reason for their doors being locked before their schedule close of the dining room. There was a night recently where the dinning room was packed and doors were locked way before 11pm. Higher mangement need to look into the staff working this shift. Very unfair to customer trying to sit in eat. 12/14/25 show up up the doors are locked once again at 10:30.. dinning room is packed with people.. once again hopfully the owner should look into this. Which i can attach pics of their dinming packed this evening. Hours need to be changed if their locking the doors early 2/3/26 10:30pm doors are locked and theres people eating inside… when is mangement going to fix this? If your business says open till 11pm be open till that time. Its an actaul joke too because there drive thru is open 24/7 so them locking the doors early is pure laziness on their part.

Bad service. At the window. Don’t bother to make sure the lids are closed all the way on their very hot beverage, just hands it to you watches while it explodes all the hot beverage all over you and you car inside and out. Don’t bother to help you clean it all up just get burned and go wash the sticky crap off no ones bothers to see if you are alright or need help. Very bad customer service.

Charles, the manager on duty was extremely rude. He spoke inappropriately to me. I am calling corporate to file my complaint as well. I received my food, but no drinks. I walked inside to ask for my drink and he cursed me. How unprofessional! He doesn’t deserve his position. He also yelled at a young man that was nice and trying to assist. Honestly… how dare he behave this way?!

I always stop during day before work everything is great I only occasionally stop after work at 430 am on 9l27l25 I stopped for a new reward apple pie apparently my rewards weren’t working right it came up a 20 pc nugget the woman manager had me pull to the window before I could order my coffee to go with an apple pie so I figured I would order at window I know when your busy it could be annoying if the app isn’t working right . I showed her the app and she said so you don’t want the nuggets I said no I would prefer the reward apple pie she said so you don’t want to buy anything just the pie.i said I will pay for the pie she gave it to me said you can go now I offered the money cause I didn’t want her to void nuggets I felt bad then she said you can you can go I went to tell her I would like to get a coffee and she cut me off talking said I don’t want your money you can go and shut the window .I sat for moment at that point I was aggravated and went to the gas station for my coffee .I will still return to your McDonald’s during day hours but I will never go back after work during overnights .I worked customer service all my life and was very upset about how I was treated .I called this afternoon and reported this transaction to a male manager on the phone not to complain but to make sure the customer service is addressed accordingly.i didn’t expect this treatment from part of the management team.

I ordered two chicken Big Macs with extra pickle through the mobile app and when I got there I had to wait 10 more minutes for them to be ready then when I get them they don’t have extra pickle so I have to go back in and the manager said they have to remake them, so I had to wait longer then they made one chicken Big Mac and one regular Big Mac but I ordered two chicken Big Macs, so I had to go back again and wait even longer for them to get it right. So disappointed!
