When you pull into the drive through an AI generated voice takes your order. I had placed a mobile order that included a 3 pc leg and 2 thigh meal, and since I had ordered ahead it came out quickly, but after I had driven back to work to eat my meal I discovered that I was only given a 2 pc meal, none of the condiments I added to the order were present, and there was no cutlery for my dirty rice. The leg was juicy, but the thigh was dry and lacked meat.

Horrible! Ordered a regular 8 piece online for pickup at curbside tonight, the young lady that brought out my food was very nice. Got home, opened my box to 4 burned biscuits and chicken that looked like it had been sitting. To make matters worse, I was given 2 breasts and the rest were thighs. Went back to the restaurant and the manager that responded through the drive thru was very rude. I told her what the issue was and her response was rude. Told me at the time of my order that’s what they had; and since I was there at the time I could get the wings and legs that were ready. I got to the window and she had a terrible attitude, handed me the chicken and didn’t apologize or give a greeting.
I proceeded to ask her could I have the biscuits replaced because they were burnt, she repeated what I said and laughed. Walked off and got the box of biscuits and acted as if it was a problem. I asked what was her name and she said “ J”. I’m sure that’s not her name, but she had horrible customer service and if it’s a problem correcting an issue for customers that you serve, find another job. This location and the new location on the corner of Church St. and St. Mark’s Church Road, need to reevaluate and re-hire people who actually want to work and have manners. Management included.
I’d like to add that I had a better experience with food and service two weeks ago earlier in the day on Huffman Mill. The food was fresh and we had no problems with customer service. I’d say if you decide to eat here, go between the hours of 12-3 pm on Sunday’s
This is one of the many reasons more people eat at home; post-COVID, people that work in the food the industry and restaurants don’t care. I’ll be contacting the corporate office because this is ridiculous!

Was surprised at the size of both our supreme meals. The chicken must have shrunk! About the size of your finger and 10 greasy fries.
What’s happening to these restaurants. We’re paying more and they are serving less and less quality foods. Go figure!

Not a jab at all locations but sheesh… The location on Huffman Mill rd was special to say the least. Soon as I walked in I was thrown off buy the decor or lack there of. It was just open and empty. Didn’t have a feel or vibe at all. Almost like a shell. The outside looked like a bojangles but the inside was offputtingly empty. Soon as I walked in I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and Idk if the sound system to the store was messed up but hot damn I’m not sure what music they were listening to but it was all distorted and sounded like some type of cult trance music. Like literally when I noticed it my hair started standing up on my arms even my girlfriend mentioned it. It was definitely an interesting experience. Food was ok I suppose only got a egg and cheese biscuit but the vibe just completely through me off. Felt like we were in some kind of Twilight Zone episode

Gross! Took over 7 mins for anyone to take our order, another 10 to get the food. The chicken sandwich had 1/2 cut of mayo – yes that much – had to scrape it off. The chicken was good but the mash potatoes and gravy & coleslaw tasted like we shouldn’t eat them. And on top, the bathrooms were filthy.
It’s a new place and good potential, but WOW! Very sad

Slowest Bojangles I think I have ever been to. The drive through…. Took 30 mins, so much for their new fancy ai ordering system speeding things up…When we got the food it was not good and I love Bojangles. But this one should close because it makes me never want to eat at one again

This is the second time I’ve went through in my car to get food and have been told to pull into a parking spot and wait. Today it was 15 minutes so I went in. Thankfully I know to check the food bc last time I had burnt biscuits and didn’t notice until I got home. Checked the bag and sure enough BURNT crispy biscuit. I would recommend going to the new bojangles instead. Even if it’s out of your way TRUST me. Or MAKE SURE TO CHECK your food. Good luck!
