Huge shout-out to the Vanceboro Boj which is, apparently, the only Boj left in NC that doesn’t use that horrendous AI ordering system. I was so happy to hear a human on the other side of the drive through speaker that, after 15 years of ordering Boj, I forgot what I wanted.

Absolute dumpster fire of a place. I’ve given this place its fair chance. Time and time again returning home with the wrong order or not all of it. The chicken legs being smaller than the palm of your hands. Fries being cold. Just all in all they seem to be working their hardest towards disappointment. Current example today; I arrived at 6:30 pm, placed my order in the drive thru. Was told to pull forward due to a wait on the chicken sandwich (understandable). 25 minutes later I went to go inside to check on food. There was a party coming in after I walked in. Decided to go back around through the drive thru to get my order. When arriving back at the window had to remind them they’d left me pulled up sitting. The lady at the drive thru window asked another employee where my order was. The other employee deer in the headlights by this revelation began laughing. They then threw my order together an got me on my way. All in all a minor inconvenience. The cherry on top is when I delivered the food their sandwich had a surprise inside. A bread bag tie. Never again.

Meh… was not impressed with the staff, not at all friendly on my visit. Food… mediocre. The chicken was dry, fries were dry, I wasn’t impressed at all. The dinning area was dirty with trash on tables and food on the floor. I get it, it’s a fast food joint and probably not the most exciting job but have some pride where you work. Clean the place up and make some fresh food, not heat lamp food. The coffee was good though…

Good gawd this food was delicious! I haven’t seen one of these places in a couple decades. Ate the the one off of West 118 in North Carolina, across from the Shell Gas Station and the food was super fresh, hot, and downright awesome! I thought I was the only one who liked seasoned salt on my fries! Nope! Bojangles does as well! Excellent chicken tenders and the biscuits taste as if they are made from scratch. Highly recommended as on top of all that you get great customer service.

Had the pleasure of stopping here during a work trip and the GM overheard me say I’d never had breakfast at Bojangles and the Bo-rounds looked super good! So he took the time during a busy breakfast rush to personally hand me a bag of them! And they were delicious! Light, crispy and greasy. Thank you Sit again for being so nice!

Sat in the Vanceboro, NC drive thru line for 15 minutes before making it to speaker, then another 30 minutes before I made it to the window, that’s when the rude cashier informed me that it would be another 20 minute wait on Mac and cheese. At that point I kinda lost my temper cause they had plenty of time to make it just from the time I ordered and the time I made it to the window. The cashier was rude, disrespectful, and had an all around nasty demeanor about her. That’s when the manager came over and even though they were busy and she was obviously dealing with a crew that doesn’t like their jobs, she was just as pleasant as can be and did everything she could to resolve the issue and apologized several times about the situation. I was EXTREMELY Satisfied with the Manager and her service, but BOHANGLES needs to hire her a whole new crew that’s going to actually help her and do their job.

Good food and clean location. We really enjoyed the hot fries. The specials can’t be beat, two biscuits, two fries and two drinks for under $10. The special when we went was the steak biscuits, but they change each month. Just don’t expect the special to be the chicken biscuit, but it’s still worth it.

Food was excellent as always! Juicy chicken, fries were fresh and cooked to order (crispy!). Staff was friendly and helpful. They even let us sample some pulled pork! Restaurant and bathroom were dirty. Food on the floor, a few dirty tables, and a dirty urinal. It was 3:30 in the afternoon, so no real rush. Schedule the cleaning, and clean on schedule! Otherwise, great experience!

Stopped by to buy a large Cole Slaw to have with my dinner tonight and opened it up to only have half a container. Of course we called and they said it is made in the morning and it probably settled over the day. In that case I would pack it fuller and check it before packing it up to go.
