I ordered in the drive through. Got 4 extra sweet-and-sour. The manager said at the window that I did not order Sweet-and-sour the guy at the window was rude. Nobody in the drive through, but told me to pull around. I said nobody else is in the drive thru, I’ll wait. They were both very rude. I’m done going there.

I visited this McDonald’s and was having pretty good service. But I visited last night and the person helping me never said a word. 8 asked him for a Total and it was like I asked for a million dollars. I complained to the head person on duty and found him un responsive. I got my sandwich and left. But felt I might not eat the sandwich. Glad I didn’t whatever they did to eat my dog wouldn’t eat it. Shame. I decided to give it a shot and I was not disappointed the service is the worst I have come across in 3 years and 5000 miles. The counter person doesn’t speak. And the night manager was of little assistance. I have over 800,000 views on my reviews. McDonald’s stand up and make sure all customers are taken care of and not just the drive thru. Although that was an experience also. 10 min to get a cup of coffee. Really.

Literally a 30 minute pit stop to get CHICKEN TENDERS. They served the two cars behind us before us, acknowledged twice that we were still waiting and just kept doing whatever they wanted. Was late to work because of this. What a joke. If McDonald’s is going to charge the prices they do and serve the trash food they do, they need to at least be quick. They take the fast out of fast food

Terrible experience we ordered on the app and picked up curbside got home after we waited after placing the order it took over 15 min then the food was completely wrong one burger had two bottom buns and no top other missing pickles and onions the manager on duty said they comp the meal and remake a new one they only remade the food we had to correct her bc she put it in wrong while reading off the original receipt we corrected her again the food came out and it was barely even warm straight from the back the cheese of the one burger was in the box and they just dumped ketchup in mustard in the box instead of it on the burger she said sometimes that’s how they make it when we asked for one that wasn’t doused in condiment on the outside she got mad went to refund the money shorted us $10 and said leave she not helping anymore bc they are short staff so that’s why the food can’t be made right which if the case the food would take longer it would still be made correct then refused to give her name and said leave she is not gonna listen how the food is still made wrong this was at the Nebraska city McDonald’s

Went through the drive-thru to order some items. We were told that someone would be with us in a second. We sat there for 5 minutes with zero response back from the employee. We attempted to speak to the employee again just to be told again that someone would be with us. After waiting even longer, we decided to leave without purchasing anything. I can understand if they’re backed up or busy, but 7-8 cars passed us during that time. Most of which weren’t even there when we arrived.

This place is getting worse by the day. There’s only a couple nice employees. The rest are rude and lazy. I don’t know how many times I’ve sat waiting for them to answer. Sometimes for 20 or 30 mins. Than you order and wait even longer. Most the time I just order a unsweetened tea. So that’s always fun waiting just for a drink. They mess up my order and give me sweet tea most of the time. So I have to go back and go in to get the right drink. When I did, today the manager was rude and ignored me. I had to ask her to get me more tea and she wouldn’t do it. So I asked her to bring tea in front because the tea they had was sweetened. She argued with me and brought out the container from drive thru. I’m sick of this place and the attitude’s they have. Plus the food is nasty most the time. All I ever get is my drink but that might stop now

Food was fine, but service was exceptionally slow and they had one individual who was on the phone the entire time we were there. Another who didn’t seem to know what to do. Main dining. Room and rest rooms also needed to be cleaned.
