Arrived at 10a.m. on Tuesday. Wasn’t to busy but a lot of regulars show up here for breakfast which is their specialty.Ordered the Diablo hash and it was great ! Also a side of a half waffle which was good but was served with corn syrup not maple syrup and that did not serve it the proper justice it deserved.

Well, I ate at Dee’s restaurant on Fillmore. Seated right away, but no lunch specials on the board when got there. They may have changed the board as we left. I had an unsweetened tea because the one Pepsi product they didn’t have was zero. The meal was the ham loaf with fries and creamy coleslaw. The ham loaf seemed to lack tomato paste because it didn’t seem really blended. I would taste ham then pineapple. The fries were ok and the coleslaw was adequate. They are only open till 2pm Monday thru Saturday and noon on Sunday.

The atmosphere is great, the service is great and the food is great… service can lag a bit when it gets busy but that’s to be expected anywhere you go.
The food is Dee-Licious!

It IS where the locals go. It is ‘out of the way’ but worth the effort to find. Good food, ample portions and willing to serve your food ‘as ordered’ I like my eggs as warm as possible, so I order them to be placed on TOP of my hash browns instead of on a cold plate. They oblige. The food is always good. Krepples, Texas toast, hash browns and over easy eggs…mmmm!

I had the Edith’s Skillet. It was a decent portion for the price. Reminded me of an old time dinner. I like that. Lauren, our waiter, was very friendly and nice. We would go back.

Basic breakfast food I wasn’t too impressed. It was good, it was edible. I mostly impressed with the service. Our server made sure to check on us regularly but not where it was bothersome. The vibe of restaurant is cozy and welcoming. The coffee needs work.

Great place to grab breakfast. I ordered the French toast and country omelette. Both were delicious. The French toast was a baguette sliced in half and perfectly egged and cooked. I’d never had a country omelette before. It’s essentially a western omelette with gravy on top. Now I’m gonna want gravy with every omelette cause it was so good! Friendly wait staff and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

First time here. It was crowded for breakfast. The plates of food being delivered looked good. I ordered the Diablo Hash with sourdough toast. Very good and tasty. Temp was hot when served. My level of spicy is far above most. It wasn’t spicy hot to me. About similar to the spicy hot level of a Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich, which i don’t think is hot. But it’s something to compare to. The sourdough toast was okay. Very mild tasting sourdough. Overall, it was a good tasting meal.
Service was excellent. Staff were very pleasant. The area was clean. In that part of the atmosphere rating, it was great.
But they let people with dogs in. And that drops any of my reviews to a max of 2/5. I’m against animals in restaurants. Without that, this would have been at least a 4.5/5 rating.

During my scenic drive, I found this little gem of a restaurant. Even though it was crowded, we were seated immediately. There were 3 people in my party and we all had breakfast with a beverage and were able to eat for under $13 each! I highly recommend dining at Dee’s early if you go on a Sunday. It’s a very popular place and they close at noon on Sunday’s. Thanks Stephanie for the excellent service!
