There is nothing more frustrating than to call a restaurant and not be able to get through to a human because of an automated phone system.
Additionally, the frustrations build quickly when the phone system bot does’t understand or process what you are saying! At what point does the phone system transfer you to a human after repeated failed attempts.
Oh but hang up and call back and the bot recognizes that you’re calling back and says “Thanks for calling us back”…. I guess the times we live in… smh. Disappointed!

I’ve ordered over 1000 burritos in the past 5 years from all chipotles across the Denver Metro area and this chipotle is by far the worst!! The service is horrible and the ingredients don’t even taste the same as the other’s. They never have fresh ingredients! It sucks living so close to this Chipotle. This general manager is doing a horrible job. I will start giving a bad review from the receipt I get every time

I ordered a double chicken burrito bowl with the usual sides. It was inedible. It was a soggy mess due to the massive amounts of salsa, sour cream and tomatillo sauce. The rice was mush and the chicken was ice cold like it came straight out the fridge. That was a waste of a $28 DoorDash order. Thanks.

These days, this is my to to spot. They are generous with their portions and the one time the new employee was about to be stingy with the meat, the kind manager stepped in and corrected him before I even had a chance to notice. Much love for this location!

Servers rush customers and don’t speak English well. Asked about price & quantity of double protein and the server just heaped it on without giving a straight answer. They moved the bowl down the line as fast as possible and repeatedly tried to move me on to the next section eventhough I was the only one in the store. Finally got an answer to my question from the cashier at the end who did speak English well. Would not reccomend this location unless you’re in a time crunch

My burrito was great. I arrived at around 1pm. That’s a good time to avoid the lunch rush line. Also, during the lunch rush, they’re slingin burritos and bowls and tend cut the meat short big time. So do watch out for that. I’ve called it out to them before. It’ll be like a 3rd of a scoop compared to 1 big full scoop when they’re not rushed.

Terrible!!! Very small portions and they had no lettuce and no fajita peppers. This is by far the worst chipotle I have been to. I would avoid this location !!! very rude customer service as well. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Do better
