The Drift Inn …. Haven’t been back in 20 years, but it’s better than ever while the food and service remain very good. Had the burger, fries, chili and pulled pork – we enjoyed each item – all well made even though the place was packed. If you haven’t tried it – definitely recommend

Excellent bar food. Known for their buttery burgers and chili. I personally love their onion rings and cheese curds. They are a must try. The bar is very clean and service is normally pretty fast. This last time we had to wait longer than expected to get a waitress. Would definitely recommend giving it a try.

Went to the Drift Inn based on other reviews specifically of their burgers. I had a burger, cup of chili and some cheese curds. The burger and chili were good, the curds were just okay. Service was excellent. I would definitely recommend trying it out.

What a great experience! It’s a bar that doesn’t feel like a bar. Ultra clean and plenty of light. Was a busy Friday night and we waited about 10 minutes for a seat at the bar.
The fish and chips was quite good. The chili cheese fries needed a bit of salt, but was a huge portion and quite tasty .
Met the most delightful owner and will definitely be back.

Never heard bad thing about this place for close to 40 years… but…I ordered the chili for take out lunch at work and was disappointed to say the least to find they use nasty, pasty, gnarly kidney beans! IF you feel the need to use beans, real Texas chili does not have beans in it, you should only use Pinto or Red Beans, but never never ever use kidney beans! I’ve been told by literally countless people how great their burgers are, and likewise with their chili…. now I’m questioning if I want to try their burgers after the chili was such a huge disappointment.
