Tried the new Carolina burger with BBQ sauce and deep fried pickles and it did not disappoint. The shopping area it was in was packed and parking was a little annoying but that isn’t shake shacks fault. The place was clean and had TVs with the baseball game on which I liked. It was quicker than usual for my burger to be served so that was a plus.

They have kiosk to order food and the server will send the food to your table so it was pretty convenient. Plenty of seats with outdoor table spaces.
Ordered their new menu item – Carolina BBQ burger which was okay! For pickle lovers only because it came with original pickle and fried pickle. The sauce was too sweet so not really my type.

Good atmosphere. Food was hot and fresh and the employees where nice they offered me and my wife a free sample of tarimisu shake to try which wasn’t to bad. The burgers are juicy and packed with flavor and the cheesy bacon fries are great tasting with the melted cheese really impacting the taste buds.

Biggest issue is that there is no communication on how long the wait will be when you order in the restaurant. You could see it was busy, but what we could not know was that for every order they made for customers who ordered inside, there were 4 coming in online. I came in without experience with a 9 and 6 year old. I’m proud that they made it through the 45 minutes of standing for fast food. I’m also confused as to why our shakes were ready 20 minutes before our food. Sitting there slowly thawing. The shakes are good though. All in all not worth the money though and do not go when busy.

Wow what is all the hype about? I had the shack burger with cheese and a fry. The fries were cooked properly they just tasted very bland and the burger was bland even with the sauce and small, very overpriced. Single patty cheese burger, small fry, small drink almost $17. I have to assume the ppl that left raving reviews never tried Culvers. Culvers offers a much better tasting Burger and fries at a better price. Place is extremely over hyped and overpriced. Service was pretty fast.

Parking lot is WAY TOO SMALL. So stressful to walk around and there is actually no spots for any cars. Inside, there are barely any tables and it’s so hot. Food is fresh and hot but takes a while but is understandable.

I don’t know if they were out of chicken but I got the chicken bites and they were completely different that usual and about 80% breading. They tasted like the most gordon food service, bought at the store real quick and fried chicken ever. I hope it was a one time thing because it was absolutely disgusting.

The food was good. I didn’t like that you have to pay for every little thing. If you want shake sauce +99, if you want onions +99, If you want whipped cream on your $6 shake +.49. If you want anything larger than a kids burger they start at $10.
