The food here was just okay for the price. The burger/sandwich and sides were pretty salty and the meat was on the dry side. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t stand out and felt a little disappointing for what we paid.
That said, our server was very attentive and friendly, which made the experience better overall. Service was great, but the food itself could definitely be improved.

Food was awesome! First time got Texas dip sandwich which was fantastic! 2nd got three meat. Brisket and chicken were perfect. Ribs were a lil dry but the sauce made up for it! Max n chose and sweet potato fries were divine! Service was good 2nd night but first the girl totally forgot about us.

The food was delicious but caution some things hot.! I recommend the brisket and the pulled pork. They were phenomenal. The mac and cheese is very good. The queso dip is a fave, It was favorite The service was great as well. Family trip and 6 people left happy!

Smoke BBQ is a must-visit, hands down the best brisket in town only wished portions were a little bigger. Chill staff, great atmosphere, and their Moscow mules are on point! Love coming here with friends and would definitely recommend it to anyone passing by

Food was pretty freaking tasty.
Our server recommended a unique appetizer that was not on the printed menus. It was pork belly with watermelon and peaches and cucumber. It was all smoked and marinated and served in a bowl and it was extremely delicious. The brisket was soft and tender. It could have used more flavor and seasonings, it seems very neutral and not enough flavor for sure but their bbq sauce for dipping was available.
So I didn’t complain.
The bar tender made great drinks. We got an old fashioned for our first drink. It was made properly with the big ice square and properly muddled with the proper cherry type. The second drink we got was their menu featured Manhattan. It was absolutely delicious. Well made and gave us that kick we were needing.
Our server could have been more outgoing and more friendly. But we didn’t let that bother us.
Overall, the experience was good and the vibe of the restaurant was nice and the food was pretty tasty. We’ll come back when we come by Glenwood Springs again. Thank you.

Best BBQ that I have ever had! Excellent food and service! I had the pulled pork platter and my husband had the ribeye sandwich. Highly recommend both! Very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable server.

We were passing by and needed a good barbeque dish. This place hit the spot. It was delicious! We were very happy with our selections. We got the queso dip, margarita, smoked barbeque wings, and three meat plate combo (brisket, pulled pork, sausage). Our sides were mac n cheese and loaded potato. However, we ended up taking some food home. Everything was super good. The servers were great! Definitely will be stopping by again.

Had dinner with a friend and we were so happy to find this place. Shining stars, the food and the service. The food was outstanding. Sometimes smoked meats are dry, but not there. Get the fried Okra for a starter. It didn’t taste like the usually frozen mush. It was fresh and delicious. The only thing I would not get again is the French fries. They were not bad, just not anything special. In a place.loke this i would want all thw outstanding items like the Mac-n-Cheese or thw creamed spinach. Don’t get me started on the wings. We left so full and happy. Oh, and the service? The young man that served us was on it, helpful, and pleasant. We could have not asked for a better night. Will be back when in town.
