Chick-fil-A is a great fast food restaurant. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is great, and of course, everybody loves the lemonade and those fries of theirs. This particular one at Tuscan Village was great, clean, friendly, and the staff was on point. Good vibes all around.

The sandwich was bland and it’s supposed to be a crispy sandwich right or just soggy and lightly breaded and flavorless? The waffle fries are just terrible absolutely terrible. And I remember them being the best part. The chicken fingers were good why can’t they just make those into a sandwich. The everyone for themselves seating arrangement was terrible too as many people took seats making tables unusable. The soda machine wasn’t properly working with the syrup and Dr pepper. But the employee just seemed oblivious to the issue. And it was way too expensive almost $60 for three people. Could go to a sit-down restaurant and get a much better chicken sandwich for that price.

There was a pretty long line at the drive thru. The employees kept it moving pretty fast. The four meals ordered were correct and fresh. The only failure, 3 straws, for 4 drinks. Its pretty hard to drink a frozen drink without a straw.

I usually don’t write a bad review, but there have been a few different times that we have went to the certain location and our order wasn’t done properly. Things were Missing and hot food was very cold. The most recent visit, my name was not captured correctly, and my food was ready for a very long time without my knowledge the sandwich I ordered was not right And the lemonade tasted disgusting. Needs more sugar! And I don’t want a reply that “we fell short this time”. Get it together chick-fil-A. I will not be coming to this location again!

We travel 45 minutes to this location for the great food and service. We especially love seeing Sheila and she greets us both by name. We eat there often and she’s a big reason why. It’s nice to be welcomed by friends everytime we go!

The food was fantastic and came out quick! That staff were wonderful and made sure that we had everything we needed. The parking lot directly in front of the restaurant was crammed, but there was plenty of parking available nearby.

The chicken nuggets pieces seem to have gotten smaller in the past few months, but the prices are a bit higher. It was weekend mid-afternoon and there were about 20 cars in line at drive through and a full seating area inside, we had to set aside as we had ordered a big box of nuggets and a few sandwich meals and beverages. I think we waited about 15 mins, but at least we got everything in the order. I was just a bit shocked at how small the nuggets were once we got them home. I think the next time we entertain family-style snack/movie/game night we might just airfry a few batches of our own recipe.
