I wish there was 10 STARS cuz they would get 11!! Mary was so friendly and helpful with our somewhat special order as it was my wife’s first time at a Zaxbys! The smile on her face when she tasted it was PRICELESS! The whole crew there looks very happy and iykyk when the work atmosphere somewhere is like it is at this location, YOU HAVE SOMETHING SPECIAL! I ordered a Zaxby’s salad and it was extremely disappointing. The container had barely any lettuce, hardly any chicken, and was mostly just toppings thrown together. For the price, this is unacceptable, a salad should actually contain salad. I decided to go back to ask for extra toppings and the manager said: it comes like that sorry. So I decided I wanted my money back.
Conclusion: they would rather throw the whole salad away then adding some more toppings. Do better Zaxby’s!

Visiting family in Florida. Stopped on the way there. My husband wanted to go there more as a souvenir from his time in the military. It was freshly made food, you can tell the staff works hard and the kids loved their milkshakes so overall not bad at all for fast food

Unprofessional. I understand technical issues happens. But how you deal with people speaks volume. I had a horrible experience with the manager Robert. It started with his assistant manager. I asked to speak to the general manager Robert came over without even hearing what took place. Gave me a piece of paper as if I was to go about my day now. P absolutely horrendous service. Zaxby’s being a chain, you know what type of food and service to expect. This was on par. I did try the Asian glaze chicken strips and it was pretty good, can’t say great but it was something different. The food was hot so that was not an issue. There was a some ants in on of the booths we tried and had to move to another.

I WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER! RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! If you have option to go somewhere be wize and not to waste money. I order 6pcs double fries and my order is mess up, this the 3rd time. Cashier is very bad! Half of my food is missing, then when i ask for sauce this lady told me they only give 1 sauce per 6 pcs and double fries. No napkins No utensil! NOTHING!!

This location food is always a problem, they never give you good fries (either too little or no seasoning) and they barely sauce the sandwich, and now yall charge for extra sauce. Fix it

Now the food…its fried chicken strips offered in a variety of ways, I must say they get creative.
However execution…well not so much.
Wife and I ordered salads. Me the regular and wife the Cobb and a side of chicken bacon ranch loaded fries.
The salads were not fresh, the tomatoes, carefully hidden under the Texas toast, looked as if they’d been in the fridge way past their expiration date, they were mealy and turned to absolute mush when touched. However the loaded fries were fresh, hot and delicious.
Personal opinion, If you can’t get fresh salad, where else is quality control failing?
Bottom line we will not return.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Zaxby’s. The manager, Bob, is rude, confrontational, and aggressive toward both customers and the staff. This isn’t the first time he’s acted disrespectfully and created a tense atmosphere in the restaurant. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a place where people come to enjoy their meal. I really hope corporate takes action because the rest of the team doesn’t deserve to work under that kind of management.

The Davenport location is better than other locations we’ve been to. The food tastes more fresh. The chicken sandwiches are big and juicy. When you ask for extra seasoning on the fries they hook it up.
