Looks like Braums did a complete overhaul at this location! And it’s not too shabby. I have ran through the drive thru three times since they re-opened and have not been disappointed. The food has been hot and the service has been quick. I have ordered the chicken tender meal twice and also been by for a German chocolate cone that hit the spot. Drop by!!

Locally owned. I LOVE there little store. Easy in and out and a great assortment of grocery items. Never a wait over 1-2 people. Great dairy, frozen foods, good fresh produce, breads, chips, cokes, gallon jugs of tea, crackers, nuts, candy, muffins, cinnamon rolls…so much pack in a small all, well organized space. Pricing is great! Fir those with challenged mobikity, this place is perfect! Electric doors and wide isles msje it easily accessible.

This evening February 27th 8:30 p.m. the employee who came to help me had just wiped his nose after talking about being sick comes over to take my order and his Smock was absolutely filthy. The total doesn’t match my order even close so I look and he has charged me for the wrong sandwich so I asked for my money back and here comes a manager. I didn’t share everything with her because I was finished even being in there but I hope she sees this. If she is the manager she runs her store quite poorly and I’ll never set foot in there again. That was absolutely disgusting, I guess they don’t have any hygiene standards. Done with Braum’s!

Ordered #2 no onions and a bag of burgers cheese only.
The #2 looked like they went to the back to find extra onions.
Bag of burgers, the patties had more salt than beef
I stopped here on my way home from work otherwise I would have brought them back instead just had to toss them.
Only compliment I can give is the wrong everything came out super fast so they may not care if what’s in the bag is right but you won’t be in line long

Don’t get me wrong. I love Braum‘s ice cream. I decided to try the store on 23rd since they remodeled. I walked in the store grabbed the peanuts that I like and walked over and ordered a Heath candy mix I think they call them. Got up to the register to pay the other girl and she said I can’t pay for the peanuts there. I guess they have their way of doing things, but the problem was ice cream was almost ready so all I can do is take the peanuts back, which was disappointing because I love those roasted things, and grabbed my ice cream and go. I don’t understand why you can’t pay for something anywhere you go in the store, it’s just disappointing since it’s not posted and a sale was lost. Not to mention it’s just a hassle for a customer to have to go to two different cash registers within the same store to buy products from the same store at the same location.

Most of the time this Braum’s is really good. Tonight I ordered a junior cheeseburger and this is what I got. My burger patty is really dry so I’m assuming this has been sitting there for a while. There is a second slice of cheese added that is completely different in color. I’m guessing it’s “fresher” than the slice I pulled off. Shake was good. Burger was gross.

Every Single time I asked for a PLAIN burger. The FASTFOOD workers mess it up some how? How? There are more steps than, making it how I want. What does plain mean to them? Next time it happens which will be the 5th time. Is working a fast food job so difficult? No.

Someone doesn’t know how to make a cream cheese bagel and it shows. I don’t know why I thought I would get anything better than this from this Braum’s. Who smashes a bagel flat??? If I wanted pancakes, I would order them. The cook should have enough food knowledge to know that bagels aren’t smashed flat. I would also like to mention that the grill is clearly filthy. Some might think that is a multi grain bagel, but no, that is plain bagel with all of the scum from the dirty grill on it. Why is the manager not checking food quality before it goes out? Or maybe they did…..

Again failed to give us a good order. 2 Bacon chz burger meals and one junior meal. First they argued with me about the drinks, and the was zero bacon on the”bacon” burgers. The receipt showed clearly what I ordered and paid for and yet argued over the fact of whether it was an incorrect order made. This store is full of ignorance.
12-9-2025 one year update…
Drive thru slightly upgraded outside and marked handicap spots in the parking lot without a nearby ramp. New freezers inside but otherwise same old BS inside and drive thru orders are still messed up. We got home with half our order last night. One of the things missing was a bacon cheeseburger no tomatoes, went back to get the other half of our order and ask the manager twice to make sure the hamburgers were correct he told me straight to my face twice there is absolutely no tomatoes on that burger got home it had tomatoes. Bethany braum’s fails over and over again!
Dirty inside, an orders constantly screwed up whether you are drive-thru or ordering inside also the ice cream freezers are constantly breaking down.

Seattle does not have a Braums so I was especially delighted to find this burger joint here in my new home -Oklahoma City.
It was 10:49 AM on a Tuesday when I decided to stop for an early lunch and ordered a #1 Braum’s cheeseburger which includes fries and a drink.
Besides soda pop you can choose sweet or unsweetened tea or a milkshake to go with, I chose sweet tea, mostly because I’m trying to become an Okie .
It wasn’t especially busy at the counter but there was quite the bustle going on in the back, nevertheless customer service was friendly and fast.
My fries were crispy and hot unlike those wimpy fries you often get in other burger joints and the hamburger was delicious.
I was not disappointed.
I noticed they offer an apple cranberry walnut chicken salad which I plan to try on my next outing.
Their burger beats anything from any other burger joint I’ve tried so far and the beef comes from the Brahms local farm located in Tuttle Oklahoma. So it applies to my goal of shopping local.
Also something other burger joints don’t offer is the little market included inside the store.
At this location a very professional and friendly CSR named Emma manages the register for the Braum’s Fresh Market which offers a full line of “Fresh From the Farm” products including dairy and bakery all made each day and over 150 fresh meats, fruits, and vegetables, and so much more.
Emma tells me customers especially ask that they never stop offering a chili pack which you can find at the register counter.
On my way out I purchased Brahms ground sirloin and hot links to fix at home to savor and compare later.

I so appreciate that Oklahoma offers this little burger joint and fresh market.
My Seattle friends will be treated as soon as they come visit.
