Never a bad experience at this location. Service is always good here, but today on Christmas day, it was amazing. I wasn’t sure if the staff would be happy about working on Christmas day, but came anyway. They service was fast, attentive and all the staff was super pleasant. That’s the type of service that makes customers come back.

Today we visited this specific remodeled Dennys to get coffee and a dessert. The server that helped us today was Alfonso. Alfonso served us with a smile and wasn’t rushing us. I loved how the way we ordered was the way we got served. The food also came out great and hot. Thank you kitchen for serving us well despite being a bit late 🙂

This is my go to spot after a long night of fun or during a long night of fun!! Open 24/7 this place has come in handy many times and has been my personal cure for a hang over. I have seems fights go down to arrest be made here. This location tends to bring in the most interesting people in town. As for the customer service I would say it needs some work and they need to remember that the customer comes first. Some of the host can be a short and the servers tend to go MIA. I think the real MVP at these locations are the cooks. They need to let the cooks go around seeing how people like the food. They need to train these cooks better add some really great tasting menu items. The current menu items are good but compared to places on the east coast we are falling behind. Come on Denny’s let’s step it up we suppose to run the West side. Everyone always looks to the West side for the next ride. At the end of the day this location cooks up a mean breakfast and a decent dinner. I would rather go here then Chili’s any day.

Food was great but slow service. The restaurant wasn’t busy when we arrived but as we waited for our server customers started coming in. The longer we waited we considered leaving. It seems that the others customers were making comments and looking around for our server as well. We were disappointed on how long we’re waiting so sorry to say we will not be going back.

Waitress finally came back towards the end when we needed our bill. And asked if we needed anything. I will add that I loved her sense of humor. Although I really never understood when you tell somebody thank you and they say no worries. I was taught when someone says thank you you say you’re welcome. I guess it’s a generation thing

The waiters have really bad attitude and the food took forever to get out. Overall the food was good but they need to upgrade the staff and cooks.
