I say at the bar. Service was ok. Burgers tasted like they were cooked on my stove at home. I expected more from a burger joint. I also ordered onion rings and got onion straws in ring form. They were also very well thought of financially. The burger was at least cooked well. If not to order

My wife and I had a great late lunch today at Burger Smith in Juban Rd in Denham Springs. Jennifer C was our waitress. She helped us to our table and did a great job of explaining the menu. We selected our food we wanted and it came out as we ordered. Jennifer made us feel right at home and we will be returning to this location. Thank you, Jennifer for great service. You are an asset to burgers Smith.

We were the only people in the restaurant and when we first sat down, JaRayla took 10 minutes to get our drinks. We put an appetizer in and it also took 25 minutes to come out. The food was put in and we were missing onion rings and fries. We had no drinks for 45 minutes. The food finally came out, and we did not get checked on one time. The food was good, but we were all aggravated at this point. We asked for boxes that took 20 minutes, asked for the checks that were all wrong and she never came back for them. We had to get another server to pay our bills. We are not a hard table, and are all servers ourselves. Bad look!!!

The service was great, the food was great, and the happy hour drink prices were fantastic! There was a problem with the beer cooler, but our server helped suggest other bottled beers that were served cold.

Delicious food and a great veggies burger! The fries were extremely hot and tasty. Our server, as well as the other staff, was really nice and friendly. Also, the pickles are absolutely AMAZING!!! They could do a little more cleaning, but it wasn’t horrible. Just sticky tables on the floor.

Had never been to a Burgersmith before. Did not realize it was a sit down and have waitstaff sort of place. Took what I felt was a bit long for some hamburgers to come out – but they were pretty great and we had no complaints on them. Fries were good – different than a lot of places. Prices seemed reasonable. Large fry is very large – we determined if we ever come again we’d get a burger each and share a small fry. Better bang for your buck than Five Guys in cost and taste – at least thats how I feel.

Our waiter, Gabe, was amazing made the whole meal and time there so enjoyable and made us want to come back. Food was excellent and he made some very good suggestions. Very knowledgeable about the menu.

The burger was delicious. The onion rings were thin,oily and overcooked but I didn’t go for the onion rings I was looking for a great burger and they nailed it. Definitely a 5 star burger.

Nice Burger Joint! Open, airy, plenty of light, nice views. The waitress was nice and knowledgeable. The fried green bean appetizer was very good. My problem with the place is… You don’t order a meal the fries & other add on’s you get on your Burger is a charge. For a Green Bean appetizer, children’s hot dog with french fries, and two hamburgers was $44
