Beautiful place! Always loved Ms. Saigon, this was no different in terms of the high quality food and excellent service. Came in on a busy Saturday evening, short wait and we were seated promptly. Robert, our server, was outstanding! Great service, food came out quickly, and was great as always. Wife loved the dumplings with a side of their garlic chili sauce (Robert was kind enough to bring us some from the kitchen), and the shaken beef never misses! Great experience overall. Do yourself a favor and stop by, you won’t disappointed!

We got the chicken salad, bun bo hue, and wonton noodles as part of the lunch menu. The lunch menu had a good price, and the decor, the bar, and the ambience are great. The food tastes fine, but unfortunately feels watered down except for the bun bo hue. The chicken salad is stir fry chicken on top of greens and far from the more traditional version I hoped. The staff is not knowledgeable about the food when we ask if the food had certain ingredients. It felt jarring when the decor is more upscale but the food just remains acceptable

Miss Saigon Downtown used to have the best service and food of all the Miss Saigon locations, but something has changed since our last visit.
The menu has been updated with new items, and unfortunately some longtime favorites are gone. I tried the ribeye steak and asparagus ($38), and it fell flat. While the steak was cooked properly, it arrived cold. The asparagus was substituted without being mentioned, and the vegetables (broccoli and squash) were under-seasoned. For the price, the dish lacked the signature Miss Saigon flair I’ve come to expect.
On a positive note, the crispy egg rolls ($12) and meatball pho ($21) was just as delicious as always—the broth remains consistently flavorful. However, we were disappointed to learn that the Pho Super Bowl is no longer offered.
We didn’t visit during a dinner rush, yet the service was noticeably below the standard it had been last year. Overall, this location no longer compares to our past experiences.
Going forward, I’ll be sticking with the Miss Saigon Craycroft location instead.

Miss Saigon in downtown Tucson is a great spot if you’re craving Asian food. The restaurant has a very inviting decor that makes you feel comfortable right away. Prices were reasonable for the four of us, especially considering the generous portions—they’re big enough to share between two people if you’re not a heavy eater.
From the start, we were welcomed by a friendly host, and our server was excellent—attentive without being overbearing, checking in a couple of times to make sure everything was perfect.
Overall, it was a great dining experience with good value, large portions, and warm service. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in downtown Tucson and want some tasty Asian cuisine.

The new (as of April 2024) downtown location of Miss Saigon is stunning! The decor is downright magical, featuring faux blossoming trees and a plethora of beautiful lamps. Despite how fancy it looks, the atmosphere is quite comfortable and I felt fine dressed down. There was a wait for a table so my friend and I sat at the bar, which was immediately available. Our bartenders/wait staff were all super friendly, professional, and attentive. We ordered the pork paste egg rolls with peanut sauce (#3) to start, a few Bia Saigon beers (very refreshing), and split #43 – vermicelli noodle salad with pork and egg rolls. Incredibly fresh and delicious! It was a great experience.

Upon entering the establishment, there was no wait. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and sat down in a booth. We appreciate the high booth for more privacy.

The menu was very limited compared to the other locations, this was a huge disappointment.

My first time here. The interior boasts, with color, different lighting and decor. The staff at the entrance, appeared to have a “deer in headlights” look. Communication was non-existence from the hostesses. I appreciate the high booth seating, for a more private experience.
The five star service is for our server, Joshua. He was very attentive, helpful and patient, with our party of six.

Great atmosphere and great lunch specials! From the entrees to the appetizers, you really get your bang for your buck. I will say, even for a weekday, they were quite busy. But the servers worked quickly and did their best to give everyone the help they needed.

We had such a wonderful experience at Miss Saigon Downtown! For appetizers, we ordered the Goi Cuon and the crispy egg rolls. Both were delicious—the Goi Cuon was fresh, packed with meat, and even better with fish sauce, while the egg rolls were crispy and flavorful, a great start to the meal.
For the main dishes, my mom had the grilled shrimp and she absolutely loved it. The curry was flavorful, slightly sweet with a gentle spicy kick, and incredibly delicious. My dad and I both ordered the Pho Xe Lua (without tendon and tripe), and it was fantastic. We eat Pho regularly, so we know when it’s good—and this one really was! The broth was rich and savory, the portion was very generous with plenty of noodles and meat, and overall it felt like great value for the price. The meatballs were also a highlight—tender and very tasty.
Beyond the food, the service really stood out. Our server, Karrina, was so kind and attentive, which made the whole meal even more enjoyable. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and has such a nice atmosphere.
