Not coming back here. it shouldn’t take 10 minutes to serve me a large smoothie. All you have to do is press the smoothie button on the machine after the cup is placed. I know because I used to work at Mcdonalds. Expect extremely long delays. Type of mcdonalds to only focus on their drive thru/curbside and ignore customers because management expects unrealistic serving times – instead ot focusing on customers waiting inside the store. Shoutout to the single cashier holding it down with how understaffed it is. Go to in n out next time. Or jack in the box down the street.

First time at this McDonald’s, my review is all based on wait time January 18th 2026. Ordered online while at home to make the process faster. I live about 10 minutes away and left home as soon as I placed my online order. I waited ten minutes in my car before I decided to get off the car to ask about my order. Once I got off my car inside McDonald’s was full on people just waiting for their order as well… 20 minutes later the cashier could not see my receipt on my phone (received an email that said that I had just received my order, which I hadn’t). 30 minutes total before I received my food.

Anytime I order from the app, I am always missing straws, napkins, sauces. Food looks like it was put together by Stevie Wonder. I literally listed 7 napkins, 1 straw, 2 ketchup, etc. Just IN CASE the person forgot to pack what is supposed to be inside of the bag. No napkins, no sweet and sour sauce for the chicken nuggets, no ketchup or straws. Make it make sense? And multiple times it has happened. I understand folks want livable wages but the fact the obvious items that go with an order aren’t even put inside the orders. Considering that a consumer is paying 10 dollars extra for delivery and what not you would think the order would be right. Wrong. Again, this has happened multiple times through the McDonald’s app.

I went there on a weekend and the drive thru was packed. So I went inside and a girl attended me. Wow! She was so nice and patient even though they were super busy. Amazing!!! Keep up the good work girl!!!

Honestly I didn’t want to have to even write this but at this point it’s very sad that every time I come I ask for my sandwiches plain due to my allergies, I have to end up coming back to remake my food. I’ve never been the type of person to sit at the window and check my food because I know how it is to work in this type of work environment but tonight is the day that changes. 11/07/25 I come back to have my food remade plain and the manager decides to step in and ask me for my receipt when it wasn’t given to me and then tellls me that I switched out my burger for my brother in laws sandwich when they were both the same. My point is that as the person in charge you should just take your mistake and fix it instead of trying to argue, especially when I came respectfully to get my order fixed. The manager then proceeded to ask me if I needed a prayer which is totally out of line considering the situation and honestly im very disappointed in this store and I hope that young man Rudy realizes how to better his managing skills because with someone else this could have gone another route and we all in the fast food industry know this!!! Please to his higher ups refresh his training!!! 0 stars

I made it BEFORE the lunch hour rush. Once it became my turn, I STILL waited 3-5 mins before I was asked for my order! After taking my order… I get my food, go back to work, and THIS is the burger they thought was acceptable to serve! Whoever made it, KNEW they put that out! Anyways… I took it back, returned it to the supervisor… and didn’t get my money back NOR did I get a new burger because I didn’t have time to wait for a new one, and even still, my lunch had ended! I hope they enjoy that free $3!

I went to this McDonald’s on 11/7/24 around 9pm I placed my order and asked if I could use the restroom and the night manager refused to let me use it. He must not know that California state law states any establishment serving food should have restrooms for paying customers. The night manager said they were being cleaned and he didn’t want me in the restroom with a man since I was a female. I proceeded to ask if I could use when his employee was done cleaning it since he was so concerned for my privacy and the manager still refused to let me use it. Why I don’t know. I was highly upset I’m a paying customer and yet still can’t use the restroom when normally is readily available all the time I stop by here often as an Uber driver to use the restroom I was so upset like bruh why can’t I just use the restroom I already payed for my meal

Fast service! i love going here since it has drive thru and super close to my place. Friendly crew as well which is always a plus. The only thing i dont like is how the drive thru way doesnt have the sign that tells people right away that that side is blocked or for drive thru way only. Some customers that wants to go inside would go in that way and drive back out which causes traffic sometimes .

Whoever did the ice cream at 7:30p at the second window today did a terrible job this is the smallest amount of ice cream I’ve ever received and I hate every time I use my points for free items the food comes out , either not fresh or like what this ice cream cone looks like just plain terrible. Disappointing.
