Tried The Habit Burger Grill and it didn’t disappoint. The charburger had great flame-grilled flavor, super juicy, and tasted fresh. Fries were hot and crispy, and the tempura green beans are definitely worth ordering. Quick service and clean spot. Solid go-to burger place — I’ll be back!

I recently visited The Habit, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service provided, especially by the cashier, Elias. He was incredibly engaging and took the time to interact with everyone in my party. A few of us were undecided on what to order and had some questions about the menu, and Elias was more than happy to provide recommendations. His professional and friendly demeanor made our experience that much better.
The food, as always, was delicious and hit the spot, but it was the thoughtful service from Elias that really stood out. He made sure we were all taken care of and helped us navigate the menu with ease. It’s not every day that you get such great customer service, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I haven’t been here in years. They make your burgers to order, so if it’s crowded, plan on waiting 20 minutes or so for your meal. Lunch time gets pretty busy. Food was delicious and self-service for condiments. It’s reasonably priced.

I ordered the charbroil burger & fries to go. Food was really bad! The fries were hard like a rock, & the burger was worse! The bun was burned, & burger was way too peppery. Really surprised cause id eaten here before & it was good. I’m just glad I didn’t waste my $ on more food. Sorry for the bad review.

One of our favorite places to eat. Has a great patio too. After winning our first DVL championship the basketball team celebrated here after the game. The manager was very hospitable. It’s more then just food here.

I just had the worst customer service experience in a long time here. I came in to pick up my order at 5pm on a Saturday, and ended up waiting for 10 minutes longer than the stated ready time.
There were several other customers that came in after me that also experienced the long wait time. I watched the older female manager Give out free drink cups to every single other customer except myself while I was waiting to make up for the long wait times. She even offered another woman more cups if she wanted and proceeded to ignore me and turn her back on me.
I don’t understand why I was treated differently as I was nothing but polite. I would never come back here, I’ve never been treated so rudely.

Visited The Habit for a dinner bite. Couldn’t think of something good but different for dinner and we usually don’t get to The Habit very often. You cannot go wrong with the Santa Barbara Char, and I tried the green beans this time instead of fries and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was great and my green beans did not disappoint. Enjoy!

Normally a 10/10 but went last night with my family and both my son and I ended up with diarrhea all night and it’s the only food we had in common yesterday. Health and safety should be priority. Hope everything being prepared is fresh and safe but guess you never really know till you’re stuck on a toilet at 3am

Ordered a plain cheeseburger and received one with everything. See photo of burger and receipt. Was too sick and tired to take it back and there is no way to call them for a refund. I tried contacting customer service through their website and never received a reply. Their food is good if they get your order right but at least half of the time something is wrong with our order.
