I arrived less than an hour after they opened and was greeted by kind staff. It was really quick and easy to place my order at the kiosk, and the food came out fast and super fresh. This is the BEST tomato I have ever had placed on a fast food sandwich. This is my new favorite location!

I forgot about steak n shake but for the price of McDonald’s tiny fake frozen patties they put on everything! You can’t even see the meat on a Big Mac anymore! SMH. You can get an actual Burger that tastes good and it’s real meat I used to not go to Steak and Shake very often but in today’s prices of fast food steak and Shake is definitely one that I will be going back to and patronizing a lot more!

Terrible drive-thru service tonight. I ordered an Oreo shake and, like always, asked for a spoon at the window since there are big Oreo chunks and a cherry. Totally normal request.
I asked the employee three times politely for a spoon. Each time he just replied with “uh?” like he didn’t understand. The fourth time, I clearly said “A SPOON.” He then looked at me badly, said “don’t have a spoon,” shut the window in my face, and turned his back on me.
I’ve been to this location many times before and they’ve always given a spoon with shakes, so this wasn’t some strange request. The attitude and handling of the situation were completely unnecessary and rude. Really disappointing experience.

Went through the drive through ordered #7 with the fries upgraded to large and once I get my food they hand me my fries that are half empty! So I had my husband go inside and tell them I need them to remake me a Large because that is what I paid for and they accused us of eating them. Pretty sure they could look back at their cameras and see that’s how they handed me them in the bag. Also I did look in my bag to see if maybe the fries fell out but no only about 4 fell out. Is this really how they speak to paying customers? Accusing them? Wouldn’t recommend, will be making the drive to 135.

The iced sweet tea tasted like water… Tea water…. Nothing else… The fries were smaller than shoestring fries… No salt.. no flavor…. Soggy….greasy… The burgers tasted ok.. the bacon seemed old and stale.. like it set out all day…. The meat was juicy… Seemed fresh and not frozen… It was alright for a steak burger… I probably wouldn’t go back to this location… My stomach cramped and turned a few hours after eating this food… Was in the bathroom for hours… Usually places dont do that to my stomach but this place.. yikes… Wouldnt recommend but maybe try a different location

Please don’t serve food that you wouldn’t want to pay for and then receive yourself. These pics don’t even do this mess justice. This was inedible. There was so much sauce on it, it was sleeping through the bread, spilling out the sides and was all over the wrapper. The rest of the food we ordered was fine.
