Waited over 5 minutes for service at drive thru just to be told they have no fries. One of the easiest items to keep on hand. 3rd restaurant in Atmore to have inventory issues.

Young lady working at drive through window, I asked for sweet tea.I watched her put a quarter of a cup of tea in the cup she came to the window and informed me they were out of tea. So I said, just put root beer, she turned around and continued to fill the cup with the “tea” still inside with root beer and handed it to me in the window when I corrected her. And said, did you mix that she said yes, but it was just a little bit
So when I asked for the manager, the manager came over and corrected it. And upsized my cup, that was not very important to me. But the young girl behind the manager’s back was mouthing off to me quietly. I’d advise you to check your food and meals from this place.Seems like poor management.If you can’t keep your people in order.

Giving this Sonic 5 stars as it’s the best one I’ve ever eaten at. I was staying at the Holiday Inn next door and ate there twice. Had the double bacon cheeseburger one night and Texas toast breakfast sandwiches the next night. Food was really good and the service also. Will eat there again when back in town for work.

Waited 20 minuets for my food and rang the bell to ask if they forgot me. No apology, and they weren’t super busy, she just said “we’ll bring it out when its ready” but it was literally cold to the touch when I got it. And the meat tasted wierd. Very disappointing that’s how they treat their customers. There’s several other options here, just choose one of those if you’re questioning whether you should eat here.

Traditional drive through fast food the triple smash burger is all meat and cheese goodness, but the tots had been under the heat lamp too long. Cherry limeade is still great.

The guy skated over with our order and talked about how nice my car was. He then set his tray directly on the top of my car while he handed us our food from it! We couldn’t believe it! These people need training. Nice car but not for you to set your junk on!! Never had this happen at ANY Sonic before.

On the morning of February 28 my family and I visited this Sonic location. We were traveling from New Orleans to Georgia and decided to stop and get a bite to eat at this location. From the moment we ordered to the time we received our food, it was a PLEASANT experience. The staff was extremely friendly and the male manager (sorry did not get his name)actually took the time to get to know a little about us, which we rarely receive from fast food restaurants these days. The food was delicious, which was an added bonus. Thank you all so much for the WONDERFUL customer service. We will be sure to visit the next time we’re that way!

Someone forgot to tell the cook what a smash burger is. Also some one sent this out without even a thought that it doesn’t look right. Also repeated I multiple times i wanted the drink size to be a route 44. They came out as regular ones. They just need to take a second to pay attention.

They just wouldn’t take our order. Set in the stall for 20 min and figured it was broken, went to drive through set there another 10. Nothing. Two other cars got fed up and left as well.
