Had to get my coffee & Steak & Egg NO CHEESE meal today. Parked my truck on the shoulder. So there’s no issues parking. McDonalds got the best damn coffee!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. We came in to eat after my daughter’s birthday at Upsurge, when we tried to order they were not accepting dine in orders. Fine no problem, we will order to go and sit down to eat with her friends.
We had to do three orders, as the kids wanted to order by themselves. First order Kiosk was broken she had to pay at the register. She went up to the register and no one was helping her. She waited for about 5 minutes before finally someone came and took her money for her order.
I then did the other two orders on a second kiosk which worked fine. We placed our order and the kids went and sat down.
It took our food 14 minutes to get done. We had four burgers, four fries, and 3 drinks. For the amount of people standing in the back including the manager walking around doing absolutely nothing, you would think it would only take a few minutes. But, 14 minutes later we got our food.
Fries were fresh, that’s about the only thing I can say was decent.
The tea was gross, burgers slopped together. The meat was not even on the bun.
The kids ate and then decided they wanted a few cookies and a shake. They went up to the counter to order and waited in line with only one person in front of them to order, the person was a worker and the lady at the register was talking to him instead of taking his order. The manager was walking around eating salt and vinegar chips. Not helping anyone.
We literally waited in line for another 15 minutes, another 12 minutes for a shake and two cookies. The manager walked around eating chips, not helping anyone.
We will not be back. I would suggest they look at their management, and get people who actually know how to run a place.

While customer service is always pleasant when I go, 9 out of 10 times something is either going to missing or old and cold. This morning I was up doing homework decided get breakfast since there pretty close by huge mistake! it’s the third time I’ve gotten a steak egg and cheese bagel no egg and it has been given to me burnt or without the sauce or both. The sandwich looks like it was leftover breakfast from yesterday and it was just rewarmed if i didn’t have a ton of homework I would have taken it back I just ate one half and threw the rest away. Won’t be back lesson learned.

Was on a phone call, so I stepped outside to finish it after placing my order at a kiosk. Doors are locked.
Great, I walked here, and the line for the drive up window was around the building.

I ordered online for curbside pickup at 2:15..I was there two minutes later. I checked in on the app and waited over 20 minutes. Walked inside to find the manager standing in front of the counter with who appeared to be two of her girlfriends socializing. I asked about my order and there it sat just getting cold. She at least got me some new fries of course there burger and chicken nuggets were cold! I have had nothing but crappy service at this McDonald’s and will never be hungry enough to be treated with such disregard.. it truly has began to feel racist! A guy I work with brought that to my attention and he is correct!

How do you allow me to make a mobile order to pickup at the counter, but lock the door when I come to pick it up. Then after 10 minutes waiting in drive thru, you tell me you cant find my order, so I’m waiting another 15 minutes. Some of the worse service I’ve had in a while.

This McDonald’s is bad service horrible The order is poorly prepared, especially by someone who’s been traveling, and you don’t receive the service you’re supposed to because they hire employees who don’t care about providing quality service. It’s very sad to say, as the owner of McDonald’s company mentioned, that’s what one has to deal with.
