Cozy, laid-back spot serving thin-crust pizza by the pie or huge slice, plus beer, wine & cocktails.

We came here, honestly, not expecting much but were pleasantly surprised.
We ordered a large salad, a Hawaiian pizza and a BBQ pizza.
They were all good but the BBQ one was amazing.
If I ordered again, I’d probably go with no sauce but thats just me and only because it was almost too sweet.
There was a small wait time but the place was packed.
Staff was friendly and attentive.
I do recommend.

Really cute place that we discovered passing thru Pagosa Springs. I live in Bayfield and the one hour drive would be worth it for their pizza and garlic knots, Mac and cheese and nice cold beer. Sat right at the bar and the bartender was super nice and very attentive to us.
I love that they sell pizza by the slice and its an enormous slice, nice and thin crust that you pick up and it doesn’t flop down. Right amount of sauce, cheese and 2 toppings. Pics don’t lie. Yummy yummy, can’t wait to go back and try their white pizza and some wings. Menu has a lot of awesome selections. I highly recommend

Okay folks. Our intentions were to eat out at a wine lounge but once we got there it was hosting a private event so we ended up at Rosie’s. A 25 minute wait time turned into 40. No biggie… The wife & I waited at the bar counter & enjoy a couple of Blackberry Mules that was good and the gentleman behind the bar counter was a gentleman. After 40 we finally got seated at a table. Our server Jamie was attentive and helpful with any questions. We started with an order of garlic knots & Greek salad. The salad was good and the garlic knots were ok. The marinara sauce was tasteless. After a few dips, we finished off the knots w/o dipping in the sauce. We then ordered 2 cheese slices for our main course. We wanted them crispy like a NY pizza should be. Crispy is what we got but unfortunately the pizza had very little flavor. The sauce was bland & the cheese didn’t taste cheesy enough. It’s definitely a NY STYLE pizza but not a NY TASTE! Ok, the drinks at Rosie’s we’re good, the service also, but the pizza fell flat. Cool atmosphere. I also had an issue with the 3% charge to help pay for their kitchen help. We’re tipping the servers and bartenders and now we’re tipping the kitchen help? 3 experience!

Adorable atmosphere and yummy food!! Have visited twice this vacation. Pizza by the slice is a great deal and the lasagna was amazing! And how can you not love a place with bendy straws!!

OMG! This place is DELICIOUS! I’m a pizza conasouer and picky about my pizza. This place ranks in my top 10 nation wide! I had the “Meat” pizza, and it was delicious, hot, fresh, great sauce, cheesy. My wife had the baked lasagna….wow! The same, fresh, hot and great flavor. Our appetizer was the “Stuffed Garlic knots” with marinara sauce, out of this world GOOD! I didn’t get Our servers name (damn it), but he was the coolest dude. Laid-back and friendly. Do yourself a favor and go to Rosie’s pizzeria. You will not regret it!

The pizzas are really good, but the cooking was uneven and some was under done. That said the done parts were fantastic and the staff were all great. Maybe ask for it well done?

We were a mixed group of 13 adults and children and decided to pop into Rosie’s on a sunny Saturday afternoon. The tantalizing smells emanating from the kitchen were the first hint that we were in the right place. We were fortunate to arrive during the lull between lunch and early supper and were immediately seated at a long table that gave us excellent views of the multiple flat screen TVs, playing basketball, football and the news.
Two staff members came over to take our drink order and to help us situate the five children that were with us. As you can see from the photos, Rosie’s has a nice variety of pizza toppings, pretzel knots, sweet or savory wings, sandwiches, and every kid’s favorite, mac and cheese.
The full bar includes unique Colorado beers, wine, and different types of liqueurs.
As I wandered around, taking pictures, I noticed that the restaurant was quite clean and well organized. They seem to be well staffed with the manager multitasking by bringing out food, filling water glasses and ensuring that everyone was taken care of.
Our food came out at different times which created a bit of rain ama for the kids because their food came out nearly last. I was the only one at our table who ordered a sandwich and it came out at the very end and unfortunately was a bit cold. However, the pesto sauce and the nicely toasted, crusty bread were simply fabulous! The chicken was well-seasoned and tender with a side salad of fresh greens.
Most of our group ordered pizzas which arrived with plenty of cheese, toppings, and served piping hot.
By the end of our meal, we were comfortably stuffed, but chose to indulge in the homemade chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream which we devoured with absolutely no regrets!
I highly recommend Rosie’s whether you are with a group of friends, going on a first date, or just want to sit at the bar and watch the big game. Our family will definitely eat here again the next time we are in Pagosa Springs, Colorado.

I’ve now stopped at this restaurant twice while driving through Pagosa and am absolutely in love with it! They have incredibly kind and courteous staff and absolutely DELICIOUS pizza. As someone who usually makes pizza at home from scratch, I have pretty high standards, but they have always been met or exceeded here. I love the option of getting a single, super large slice (from their 24″ inch pizza) and being able to pick what toppings you want on it. I got brisket burnt ends and mushrooms. While their burnt ends weren’t very burnt, the pizza was still delectable. For the amount of food you get, the price seems incredibly fair. I wasn’t as fond of their apple pie dessert pizza knots, but that could be a personal preference. Regardless, I will be back!

Rosie’s is one of these rare restaurants you find once in a while that’s instantly a classic and you love it and the people and wish you could take it home with you because you know your friends and family will enjoy it just as much. We will be back before we head for home.
The vibe is perfect. You may be thinking “No doy, it’s a ski town,” but hear me out. The vibe doesn’t simply say “tourist,” but “loyal, beloved, and a rad place to hang out and get some great food.” Vibes like that are cultivated by their commitment to the community being served.
The people have everything to do with the vibe, and they have great people here at Rosie’s. Cherese is super rad and friendly and helped me choose between two items and I’m glad I asked her opinion, and the baked white cheddar Mac & Cheese with chicken was outstanding. My wife had the Chicken Florentine panini and it was also delicious.
As I said, we’ll be back because we want to try other items on the menu before we leave for home, and we’ll be wishing we could bring the charm, vibe, people, and menu with us.
